Went with my wive around 2:30pm on a Monday. The rest. has an outside Terrace just in front of the sea. Very nice breeze and view that afternoon. We ordered seafood. The food was fresh, well presented and delicious. Prices were reasonable and the service excelent. We are planning to go back again.

The Seafood is outstanding and so is the service. Clean, friendly, and delicious food. The best I have had on the Big Island without question! A nice water view overlooking a small marina. The best counch I have ever had. So very tender. The best lobster salad ever!! One of the best whole cooked fish. The other best is at Mucho Gusto on Vieques, PR.
Haven't had a soft, buttery smooth and super fresh red snapper made to perfection baked with creolle sauce, with side tostones, as excellent as this one, in a long time. The conch tostones appentizers are to die for. I've heard the lobster (crayfish) is also fabulous. Prices are extremely reasonable for the value and quality. There's an excellent wine list with many choices at reasonable prices. Portions are large. Service is slow and casual when busy, but attentive. We are locals and this place ranks high on the quality and value scale. The restaurant overlooks a marina, and the view is gorgeous. It has parking too. It's worth the trip from anywhere to hit this spot.

We were the only ones in the restaurant and it took about 25 minutes for our appetizers to come out and another 20 minutes for the food. The corn fritters were the best appetizer. The shrimp cocktail although good is only 3 shrimp. Tres Lethe cake is awesome for dessert but the size of a cup cake so only enough for 1 person.

Oldest restaurant in Playa de Salinas. Beautiful seaside view restaurant and bar. Original "Mojo Isleño" recipe, best seafood restaurant in Salinas. Must see and try
First of all I was a little worried because of some reviews writing about the service. We got their around 2p.m. Service was excellent, the food was good, the fish turn overs and fish nuggets were great. The view is breathtaking, the Mojito could be better. Will definitely come back again. Prices are average, considering it's a sea food, and the portions of food are good.

I went to this place with my wife and a friend, I had great expectations for this restaurant... i left disappointed!! It won't be easy to reach the restaurant unless you have GPS or someone that knows the place; parking won't be a problem since they have their own parking lot. This is a small restaurant next to the sea with the surroundings under construction for the moment so you won't be able to enjoy the sea at all. Once inside you will feel very comfortable with the atmosphere and staff being very attentive and polite. The only good food we had was the appetizer, after that everything was tasteless and dry, my skirt steak was cooked well done when i asked for it medium, my wife had chicken breast, it was dry, and my friend ordered "Carrucho" (conch meat) salad, his meat was hard and tasteless. I will try another restaurants around Salinas next time because this one wasn't a good option and their prices are not good for the food quality they offer.

We had a great time! They had just opened that morning, welcoming old friends that were celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary (25 of those years living on a boat)! The Owners, a lovely couple with a sweet little Yorkie, were very nice and attentive. All the seafood is fresh, having been delivered that morning by fishermen to their dock. We had the 'chicharrones de mero' fried grouper as well as the conch salad. There is free wi-fi. The place filled up soon after our arrival, with friends and family celebrating the Xmas holidays, playing dominoes, eating & drinking. Sailors are encouraged to donate a flag to the bar's decore. Loved it!

After a relaxing visit to the natural geothermal pools and massage at the Thermal Pools of Coamo, we went to trip advisor to find a good local restaurant. One of the choices that appeared was for Manuel's in Salinas. It was only about 10 miles away and near the water. Salinas in general was recommended for seafood by our hotel concierge at the Hilton Caribe in San Juan, so we decided to travel to Manuel's and check it out. When we got there is wasn't exactly what we were expecting. It was across from the water, but still close. It was very casual, with a true Puerto Rico flavor, filled with locals. It turned out to be a crab shack. We ordered some fresh "JUEYES" crabs, the conch salad, lobster with mojo, and the seafood stew. WOW! Everything was so fresh and delicious, it was unbelievable. After a long day of traveling and a late but very enjoyable dinner, we were concerned it would be a long drive back to San Juan, but it wasn't. Somehow, we were right off the highway and it took us only an hour to drive back to the northern coast of Puerto Rico from the southern. What a great day and a great trip which was completed by an excellent meal at Manuels!

This is a nice family place with great tasty food. The fish turnovers (empanadillas de Chapin) are sooooo good. Also, the fish nuggets are incredible. The have a good selection of seafood, and puertorrican food. Locals are the common visitors. They have live music and karaoke on Friday and Saturday nights.

This is a very good ssafood restaurant directly at the Salinas Marina. They have a beautiful views of the bay area and harbour.Live lobsters, fresh seafood and an excellent service. The owner Andy is always willing to have a small talk. Great location and option in Salinas.

This place has good food and both bar and dining room Seating. A lot of people on the weekend ( parties) plus the very loud music make it uncomfortable to talk, as your shouting!
The food when the were very busy was great! But on a quiet weeknight a friend and I had a so so meal that wasn't worth our time or the price. The waitress was not to helpful. My friend asked "how the fish tacos were made/ like what kind of fish?" She had no idea, her reply was the Gus is cooked and put in taco shell! She failed to mention the fish was a deep fried fillet and instead of normal lettuce and tomato with lime, it has grated cabbage that was long and stringy.
I had the fajihitas that I've had before, they were terrible, instead of a meal that before I could barely eat it all grilled to perfection, there were 3 shrimp, a few prices of steak almost no veggies but tons of over cooked onions. It was not what I had in the past and certainly not worth what we paid!!!
We told the management we were unhappy with the food, they offered nothing, not even an adjustment of the bill or another entree as we did tell the server how unhappy we were.
While I might go back with friends, I won't go back on a weeknight when it's slow again!!!
I'm disappointed to have to write a bad review, I am very easy to please!
