Marvel at stunning creek views from the lofty heights of the Tree Top Bar at the DoubleTree by Hilton Ras Al Khaimah hotel. Listen to chill-out music from the resident DJ, while sipping on expertly mixed cocktails and dining on a variety of tasty hot and cold snacks.
I came to TreeTop Bar every night during my stay in Ras al Khaimah. The service is outstanding here. Special thanks go to Mr. Bijaya. He has a great service attitude and does everything and anything for the guests to fill their needs and make them feel home. He also has great knowledge of things in Ras al Khaimah and is very happy to share his knowledge and tips to get the most out of your holiday. He serves shisha too which is really the best of quality. I hsve smoked shisha in several countries but here the shisha is affordable and of very high quality. Mr. Bijaya introduced me to a new shisha flavour that is just amazing and not available in Europe or in many other countries Pan ras shisha mixed with any other flavour is the best and to experience that great flavour is a reason good enough to pay TreeTop bar a visit. View from the bar is amazing and they play good music too. I tried french fries and they were yumny . The lady at the bar prepared a perfect drink for me according to my food restrictions which was not on the menu. Mr. Bijaya prepared a shisha for me in advance with best recomnendatiins which made it even mire convenient to return to the Bar.

We had two dinners in Marjan restaurant and both were top.
Personal service (addressed by name on arrival). Good explanation of dishes and greeted by the chef who came to our table.
We wanted to try the Lebanese flavours and liked the food.
Waiter took us to balcony on the 16 floor and gave extra information on the hotel, beach and Ras Al Khaimah. Very friendly person.
Second dinner was even better, because all staff members appreciated that we came back for a second dinner.
We received small gift when leaving the restaurant.
The decoration of the restaurant is Arabic. Very nice.
A lot of privacy, even with guests sitting at table next to ours.
Will be on our list when we return in the future

I ate here one night during my stay at the Hilton. Service was quick and staff was friendly however was a little rushed. They kept asking if we was ready for the next course when we had yet to finish the one we was on. Food was also quite salty but that’s just preference. Overall food was okay but I found the other restaurants in the area better.

A trendy Japanese restaurant bordered with vibrant Japanese Gardens. Seemingly glowing, the metal-studded interiors complement the dimmed lighting that transports guests to a piece of Asia whilst retaining a sense of balance. The vibrant restaurant houses an engaging Teppanyaki grill where master chefs are only too delighted to show off their flairs. A quieter Sushi corner resides the resident Sushi and Sashimi chef, sharing his intricate creations. An expansive bar and lounge area is the ideal place to watch the world go by on nearby Marjan Island and the intimate Japanese balcony-garden provides a viewpoint of the lower resort grounds. A spacious and creatively designed private dining room is also available for intimate parties and dinners.
We treated ourselves to dinner at Umi and loved every minute. With the option of teppanyaki, sushi or a la carte there is something for everyone. The service was amazing from the minute we walked in the door. Our waiter was knowledgeable and passionate about the food and sake he was serving. Great Japanese food!

The restaurant is keen to satisfy everyone of its guests by offering a menu with a variety of choices and categories, including soups seafood salads, Lebanese salads, appetizers, dynamite, harvest, seafood curries and Indian masala. You don’t want to miss the great Mexican shrimp cocktail with the tasty sayadia seafood, the biryani lobster or the fish masala. For the best experience, pick out some Lebanese salad like the famous babagnosh or the tehina salad, and enjoy appetizers like seafood sambosa cocktail or shrimps with lemon sauce before you start your coming unforgettable seafood meal at Al Moohit Restaurant.
Al Moohit is another of those pearls hides in the region, the travellers can hardly find unless the leave their hotels and start to roam around.
Seafood is the speciality of this restaurant, just located on the side of the local fish market, the chef needs only to open the kitchen’ window and take the supplies directly from the market bench!
Very low processed food, rich of the natural flavours the sea has to offer. No need to masquerade the taste with sauce or spices. Order crabs, they are awesome. Little lobsters too in butter and garlic. This is a family friendly place for lunch and good for a dinner at two. Price is definitely good. A lot more value for the money you pay. Actually as it should be. The menu is presented on a tablet from where you can actually see what you order and for the first time in my life, i have been served food in line with what was displayed in the pictures. Definitely a good place to visit if you are around.
