Sixteen dishes, all home cooked, of the finest Sardinian food. Fresh ingredients and skilled combinations all perfectly complementing each other. And a litre of very tasty wine plus 'digestives' and coffee to round it off. All for 30 Euros.

I reserved our table for ferragosto well in advance by telephone. I spoke to Serena who reviewed the menu with me and cost per person. She was very pleasant and offered a discount for my children. That evening we arrived early as recommended so we could enjoy the property and the animals. We were called to our tables and Serena welcomed each guest as she assigned their seats. The meal began with an assortment of antipasti such as Sardinian bruschetta, artichokes, olives, cheese & meat platter, potatoes, bread, etc. The two pasta dishes were ravioli and a short Sardinian pasta in a tomato-sausage sauce. The second course consisted of two meats, sheep stew and maialino with a side of raw vegetables. Both meat dishes were very good. Fruit and dessert followed along with a liquor to end the meal. We tried other restaurants during our stay in Sardinia, but the maialino here was the best we had. If you prefer meat over fish and are looking for a good Sardinian meal, give Sa Figumorisca a try.

I called to get a table and was glad I had bothered to do so. My husband and I watched countless people without Reservations being turned away.
The courtyard setting is beautiful. The best in Pula. On arrival you immediately see the fantastic spit roast sucking pig and the smell is divine!
We both had starters and they were ok but nothing special. We both ordered the suckling pig and heard it being chopped up on the kitchen! The plate arrived piled high! The crackling was amazing and the meat so tender but it was too much for us. Order one between two unless you are big eaters.
Dessert was disappointing. Crema de latte was rock hard and I left it. Husbands sorbet on the other hand had not set so was served in a glass!! However it was excellent.
The good thing is we were under no pressure to leave. At 9.30pm the crowds arrived trying to get tables as the early arrivals were leaving.
Good but not really worth all the fuss

We popped in by chance and had to wait 30 minutes for a table. Went for a stroll around Pula as the night fell and returned to a wonderful pizza, spreading itself across the plate threateningly. Washed down with a carafe of house rosato, eminently quaffable. 43 euros for 3 people! Wonderful and you could choose your on fish from the tank instead and spurn the pizza...but that would be a shame!

Above average seems like a lame headline but it's a reasonable description. The service was very good and efficient. The pizza was very good - not the best but still very good.
Maybe it's the location that makes it so popular. Expect a queue after 8pm.

This is a wonderful family run restaurant that is out of Pula centre but well worth a visit. Very good menu of appetisers, pasta and mains. Very friendly and helpful service. Huge portions - my wife had the 'appetiser' mussels as a main! The spaghetti with pesto and clams was amazing! Visit this restaurant - worth a higher rating!!!

We ate here for lunch and again for dinner several days later. The menu is much broader than other Pula restaurants, and the staff were incredibly accommodating with our 11-year old picky eater. Good dishes, great service and reasonable price.grazie thank you...grazie grazie e grazie....saluti

I don't give many five stars in my reviews. Fradis Minoris, despite some still possible improvements is one of them. Why? Location, food and value.
The location is unique, set aside in a beautiful natural reserve lagoon. Ok, you have to walk 500m but what i walk! Make sure you get there before it is dark to see the sunset and the view (N.B: and i advise ladies to have comfortable shoes, the more sophisticated will walk with flaties and have the heels in the bag...)
The food (take full gourmet menu) is worth a Michelin star (the tuna tartare best i ever had, so tender and with unique spicy and sweet notes). All dishes are served elegantly and include some gastronomic innovation. The fish and seafood is as fresh and delicate as it gets (ok if you don't like fish and seafood this is not the place for you). I could not resist to ask for the chef and compliment him personally.
All of the above for eur120 including (good) wine...best value for Money i had in a long time, and Sardinia is not always cheap.
So can they still improve? yes of course. Service is very kind but a bit slow (we could witness some lack of organization being next to the kitchen delivery), the place might deserve better details (e.g. paper menu was stained) and you will have to choose between windy terrasse and usually very warm veranda. Honestly, with a little effort this could be turned into a real hidden gem. Also they might think about an electric buggie shuttle...so that high heels are facilitated and can make it more glamorous...at least some special nights....

Had the set menu, absolutely delicious. A taste sensation through the courses. Go hungry though as the meal is huge although over two hours it does settle on the tum nicely. Exceptional value, great food, lovely people and an easy to find location. I highly recommend it. You will not taste pork like it. A highlight of out trip to beautiful Sardinia.

Tropical Garden Restaurant is an exclusive location, spacious and comfortable, perfect for your lovely evenings, lunches or dinners, wedding, birthdays and events, with over twenty years experience in catering. Our italian and sardinian traditional cuisine will delight you with a great variety of excellent dishes. The property has two large halls and cozy, climattizzate and cleverly arranged to receive up to 260 guests. The Terrace and the garden are ideal places for outdoor banquets.Location:The restaurant is located in Villa San Pietro, easily reachable from Cagliari,5 minutes to Pula and close to the beautiful Beaches of the south Sardinia!!!
This restaurant serves pizzas, salads and main courses (both meat and fish). There are some characteristic dishes from Sardinia.
The food tastes very good and the atmosphere is joyful as there is a dj who plays both contemporary and old music: on the dance floor you will find children laughing and men and women dancing old dances.
One only drawback is that it took an hour to be served (saturday night, restaurant crowded)
