This is one of the very best restaurants you will find anywhere. The menu was varied and the meals were exquisite with an extensive wine list accompanying them. The staff were very knowledgable and attentive, providing first class service in a very unobtrusive way. Yes this is not a cheap place to eat, but in this case you get what you pay for - an absolutely top class dining experience.

We had lunch here while we were down in Port and it was very nice. Food was quickly served and found to be fine. Coffee was superb and wait staff were excellent

From the moment I phoned to organise my Dads 80th everything was easy Jaquie and her team were just great to deal with On the the night the food and service were sensational. At the end of the courses, they even...MoreHi grantm772, It was an absolute pleasure hosting your Dad's 80th! Driving home from the Sunshine Coast and decided to detour via Port Macquarie to have Brekkie with friends. They recommended Rivermark and it did not disappoint. We hadn’t booked and it had started to rain heavily, rendering half the outside tables unusable, the rest of the cafe was fully booked. Regardless, with some table shuffling and chair manoeuvring they managed to squeeze our party of 7 in and provided exception service, never rushing us or making us feel like an inconvenience. Food was fantastic, generous portions, cooked to perfection. I had the heart smart breakfast, hubby had the omelette of the day. Both were perfection. Great coffee too, highly recommend this cafe if you are in Port Macquarie.

Our family were very well looked after by all the staff members from the moment we arrived to when we were leaving. Our food was delicious, fresh pasta and seafood. Tasty sauces. Really glad we decided to have Italian for our final holiday dinner. Thanks Cafe 66.

The blending of a cellar door with a restaurant enables patrons to enjoy the best of both worlds that food and wine has to offer. The location brings together a total experience and only a short distance from Port Macquarie. Now also open on Friday nights with live music entertainment!
We have been there several times and always loved it. For the first time we went there on a Friday night, when the owners play music. They are really talented, sing popular songs and we absolutely had a ball. It is not too loud too and we were still able to chat comfortably between friends. The food was great, as usual and plentiful. We had the filet mignon and I had the huge "major Innes plate'' and could hardly finish. The wine, produced locally, is good and very reasonably priced. Friendly smiling staff.

We were staying in the Mantra (same building) and had breakfast here 3 times. While it was busy, the staff were excellent at taking our orders, and delevering them no later than 10 minutes later (if that!!). The menu has something to suit everyone, and we would thoroughly recommend it to anyone wanting a nice quick breakfast. PS it gets busy so get there early for a table.

Tucked away from the main part of town, LV's on Clarence offers casual cafe and restaurant dining in Port Macquarie. Inside the split level venue, a modern setup makes you feel instantly welcome, with hardwood flooring, black Seating and ochre walls enveloping the spacious interior. Run under award winning chef Todd Richardson, LV's kitchen sources top quality ingredients and fresh produce to craft a menu of modern Australian cuisine. Breakfasts may include the likes of buttermilk hotcakes with brown sugar, yoghurt, berries and lime curd, with lunch offerings in the form of tomato, caramelised onion and lemon thyme tart or LV's famous sliders made with house baked bread and signature relish - also available for purchase within the restaurant
Ate here as it was located where we stopped and looked pretty good. The meals we ate were top quality, flavoursome and great value.
The staff were excellent and the price quite reasonable. We were very happy that we stumbled across this eatery.
I thoroughly recommend this place for lunch, the coffee is really good as a bonus too. It deserves the rating that it has.

Was staying in Port Macquarie for Christmas. Selected the Irish tavern hoping there would be a bit of a Christmas atmosphere. There are many TV screens featuring many different sports.
We had some drinks and ordered food. This is done at the bar as there is no table service taking orders. We had the fillet steak, chicken Parmesan and a chicken salad. The portions are very large so you can pass on a starter!! The side of fully loaded fries was a meal in itself!
Overall, a good quality meal. The staff were pleasant.
The Christmas atmosphere wasn’t too hectic! However, we did get a free electrical storm as entertainment!
