Very disappointing experience.
We arrived at 11:00am. The hostess seemed confused when we requested a more spacious table as our elderly aunt was using a walker. Finally we picked our own table.
After the 2nd server coming over to our table, a 3rd server asked us if we would like a drink. It took 10 mins for our drinks to arrive. The place was not busy at this time. It was a long time before our server took our brunch order. The food was slow to come & not consecutively. The Eggs Benny was cold & the sauce was very cool. I understand that every establishment has their own style, yet, have never had cold ham on my Eggs Benny or cold sauce. Our server was apologetic & said he would bring another plate. A host also came over & apologized. Fair enough, I appreciated the concern. It took forever for my meal to arrive, everyone else had finished theirs. Issue was, this too was cold. I asked at least for the second container of sauce to be heated. It came back again, cold. Just the container had been warmed up.
My observation of the kitchen activity, was that confusion & lack of organization was evident.
On a positive note, our server was very attentive & did his best to make up for the poor meal.

we had lobster meal at anothet Keg and was impressed,so we walked in this one when passing by. With comparing with another one, food portion was a litter smaller, with slightly less attendance by waiters. No paper towel until asked...maybe they are too busy to pay attention to the details but I'd rather enjoy Keg's standard journey at another branch instead of this one.

I can only speak to the weekend brunch buffet as I've been a couple times. Bring an appetite as there is numerous options for breakfast and lunch. Line up to get q table moves quick so don't be discouraged from stopping in. Certainly a great option for brunch/breakfast/lunch on a weekend.

The waiter and waitresses were very polite and attentive. The atmosphere and cleanliness in the restaurant also very good. The Seating with the rebar iron frames less than comfortable. The Greek salads excellent, but the main dishes we ordered, while portion sizes were great, the meat portions were way too salty (marinated too long and/ or using way too much salt), which is unacceptable for those with heart issues like us.
We have been to this restaurant before where the same main dishes we ordered were perfect and so we don't know if the kitchen staff are inconsistent in their food preparation or that they have a new chef preparing the food.
Less sodium is important to us and so we may not come back if only for their main dishes being too salty.

First time at San Remo's as we'd heard good things. Even though there were two large groups that had reserved big tables, we were seated promptly and drink orders were taken right away. Lots of choices and looking around at what everyone else was eating, it all looked good. We settled on the medium Bill's Meditteranian pizza and were not disappointed. The crust was thick, tasty and cooked to perfection with no doughy or burned areas, fresh ingredients and lots of them, great presentation, each bite tasted like more.
Service was excellent and even though it's a little more expensive than the chains, it's well worth it. I never mind paying for quality.

So we came back for another Sunday buffet. As a matter of fact I uploaded my picture at the table right after I ate my food. The food was delicious, wonderful array of spices. It's a warm friendly restaurant with wonderful staff and also great air conditioning on hot days. So, as usaul the food was tasty. There is a different cooking staff so it's a little spicer and but more flavourable. Plenty of water refilled at our table , which is great. Truly love it and and highly recommend it. The buffet is between 12 noon and 3 pm on Sundays. And during the week on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday the lunch buffet is from 11:30-2:30 pm and it's replenished continuously. We'll try it for dinner soon and I'll post more pics. Fantastic naan, butter chicken , curry chicken , veggie dishes, etc etc , salad bar, fruit, rice pudding. A great choice for lunch if your in the area, and if your not, it's worth the drive, it's not to be missed. Plus you can do take out, fill a styrofoam tray and pack your naan bread in the tin foil provided. Can't get a better deal then this. We will definitely return. Oh yeah, that's french fries hiding under the naan bread, my husband says, they're the best! Pretty sneaky, Lol. Thanks :)

The gelato here is out of this world and you can literally get any flavour that you like. They even have some dairy free flavors. Service here is always outstanding and if you want to try any flavour they will let you try as many as you want before making your decision. This is a must visit
