We ordered: fish soup; sword fish steak and potato salad.
My friend enjoyed the fish soup, the fish is fresh and deboned next to you, then added to the soup. The sword fish steak was very well done, very fresh. And the potato salad with feta? WAS DIVINE. SO GOOD. I have never had potato salad with feta before, and now I question why not? It's delicious.
this is a bit more on the pricy side, which is to be expected for a fresh seafood restaurant, but I didn't think the prices were unreasonable.
The wait is very slow for the check, so if you have to catch a bus out of the town or do anything on a timeline, keep an eye on your time. I mean, even for Europe it's slow. Otherwise, this is a perfectly decent spot to go to for a meal, with a lovely view of the water.

Not great, but alright. You need to book and they want the tables back if you eat earlyish. Food is a bit better than average and by London standards quite reasonably priced. Fresh fish is expensive, Octopus is good and affordable. Beware the bread charges which are automatically added and brought. 6 Euros for 4 and we didn't even want it. Service not good, frantic, and fairly dismissive if you aren't eating expensive food. Nice setting though and away from the road. Probably one of the busiest restaurants in Pollonia.

Local Cuisine using products from Milos Island! The Meat comes from Our Flock|Herd, that lives in Halakas! Cheese made Traditionally to Our Cheese Making Area!
Food was excellent and the service was great as well. We enjoyed it so much that we actually ate here twice. The suckling pig was my favorite but the roasted lamb and goat were good as well. All the ingredients are locally sourced and the animals come from the family farm. Really really impressed by the value and quality of the food. We would go back in a heartbeat and recommend to friends.

Right on the beach. Fresh local fish and seafood daily. Fresh vegetables from the garden. Extensive wine list. Excellent service & family run.
So pleasantly surprised to find this place and enjoy a tasty meal before they close for the winter! Ordered the chickpea salad and the octopus stifado and both were delicious! The stifado was a little on the sweet side but still a great combination of sweet and savory. They also brought us some tasty lemon mousse on the house after we finished our meal. All in all, highly recommend the place for the service, the food and the price. It’s the best meal I’ve had in Milos by far.

It serves a variety of dishes of Greek and international quisine. It shares a small part of an area with "yankos souvlaki" but these two have totally different management and operation. We kindly ask you to create such a profile, so the reviews concerning servicing souvlaki will be transferred under that enterprice's profile in trip advisor.
It was during the evening of our first day at Milos that we had dinner at this restaurant. The moment we decided to walk in, it was very crowded. The waiters, though, took our order quickly. We loved a salad from the menu, the Cycladic, with marinated tomatoes and feta cheese. It was flavorful as well as the pasta we tried next. The Mafia with a spicy taste was a good choice for people who like sausage on their pasta. I appreciated that there was tomato sauce but also white sauce paired with some herbs on my plate. I liked it a lot!

We were looking for authentic " traditional " Greek food and, based on some reviews we read, this place looked like a good option. We were right, everything we had was just what we expected and the moussaka was divine. We did not have a reservation but a very short wait allowed us to grab the perfect table with both a view of the sunset and the church. The restaurant is not " fancy " ( it is more like a " family " run taverna ) but it is definitely one of the best on the island.

Rifaki food & drink house , started in 2017 at the beach of Pollonia in Milos! The restaurant has a 30 year history in gastronomy and today owner is Jack Lillis, son of the first owners, who renamed and upgrate a historical restaurant in Milos island! We manage to "marry" traditional with modern cuisine and we are waiting for you to join us in this delicious trip!
Things were off to a bad start when we had to wait half an hour for food even when we we were the only ones there! Our baby struggles waiting that long and we purposely chose a quiet restaurant so we wouldn't need to wait too long. The meal was very expensive for what it was --- risotto and pasta clearly using frozen fish! The 4 tiny slices of very stale bread was 2.5 euros ! Will not be going back

welcome to ...mikros Apoplous, one of the most beautiful seafront ouzeries in milos. local homemade creations, great selections of seafood , fresh fish and more...
We loved our experience here, beautiful waterfront views and the food and service were impeccable. They were super transparent about food recs and told us which were local and which were frozen fish. AND we were treated like royalty a few days later when we were just walking past to say hello! We ate the cheese wrapped in filo with jam, fresh seafood and wonderful wine. Everything was lovely. HIGHLY recommend.
