Since 1928, the Cazaudehore family has passed on from father to son the secret of turning a simple “refreshments bar” into an eminent address in the west of Paris. Our Executive Chef Grégory Balland is devoting his full attention to a creative and light cuisine, but never forget the region from which the family is from: the south west of France. All this has made the reputation of this long-time favourite household. The restaurant offers a cosy and friendly atmosphere, where even in winter the surrounding nature can express its presence. In summer days, the restaurant opens onto a Terrace surrounded by the forest, its smells, noises and mysteries.
The service was very long. The meat was over cooked. Wines are highly expensive. Not the best restaurant in the region for that level of price.

This restaurant provide good french cuisine, using mostly fresh products.
During the week, the lunch price has a very good ratio quality versus cost.
On weekends and for dinners prices are going up a little bit, but this remains acceptable in regard to the quality of most of the dishes.

La Romantica is hidden away in a quiet courtyard off one of the pedestrianised shopping streets in Poissy. The restaurant is clean, fresh, with well-spaced tables and feels very welcoming. Four of us ate (and drank) for less than 200 euros, so pretty good price/quality ratio.
We started with simple entrees of tomato salad and beautifully battered king prawn. Along with another diner, I moved on to beef steak in Gorgonzola and it was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. At 29 euros, the wine worked well and for dessert I enjoyed a well made panna cotta. All in all, a pleasant evening in nice surroundings, with an excellent, well-priced meal.

French restaurant with view front La Seine ,only fresh product in this luxury place!
I have mentioned the restaurant in my review of the hotel. What I wanted to do was eat my main course and then order a pudding if I wanted one. If I felt that I had eaten enough I would not have one.
When she took the order, the waitress told me that unless I ordered my pudding at the same time as the main course I WAS NOT ALLOWED ONE!
This is incredible - where does she come from?
The beef was OK but inside the pastry, on top of the meat itself was a layer of cold frogspawn - how strange! The meat itself had a few sinews in it but nothing my razor sharp dentures couldn't cope with.
Pudding? Can't say as I wasn't allowed one!

We were staying Poissy and went to L'Instant restaurant twice for lunch, and both times we thoroughly enjoyed our food. The service was great and they were very friendly and accommodating. The menu has a great selection of entrees, mains and desserts.
It is situated in a nice balmy corner where you can take your time and enjoy yourself.
Highly recommend this restaurant.

We thoroughly enjoyed the 68€ menu here. Every choice we made from each of the 3 courses was delicious, nicely textured and beautifully presented. Service was charming and we managed, using our limited French, to get a steak cooked medium rare, exactly how we like it. The only thing that lets this restaurant down to our way of thinking is the rather bright ceiling down-lighting. Oh for more candles.

No need to go to Paris for a good Pizza or Pasta or Veal and so much more. What's more the cinema is just opposite . Nice nice out

For a small town in the Yvelines this restaurant was such a good find, with a very nice inner courtyard. Good menu of traditional French cooking with a modern twist, beautifully presented by pleasant and efficient staff. Have eaten here a couple of times and enjoyed both. We (two of us) paid about 100 euros for a starter, main course and dessert with an aperitif and a bottle of very acceptable but cheaper end wine and coffee

Looking for something simple for lunch after visiting the nearby Villa Savoye we followed recommendations on TA and headed for Casa Nonna. On the main shopping street up a small alleyway we were warmly welcomed and took a nice seat in the corner where we could watch the chef prepare the pizza - always one of the highlights for me in such restaurants!
From previous reviews we weren't sure what to expect in terms of looks but were pleasantly surprised at the décor which was simple and clean if rather dated. Certainly in no way off putting! On a Tuesday lunchtime we were also surprised at how quickly the restaurant filled up with locals - always a good sign - and together with some pleasant back ground music all added up to a great lunchtime atmosphere.
Having watched them being made, our pizzas when they arrived looked and tasted amazing with one of the nicest crispiest bases Ive had for a long time. Toppings were generous and delicious and prices were around the EUR10-12 mark or just shy of EUR 13 for two courses on the daily set lunch set menu with good value drinks.
Casa Nonna has all the hallmarks of a traditional family restaurant run by husband (chef) and wife (waitress) and service was super friendly and quick.
Overall bill for two of us including starters, pizzas, a huge slice of home-made Tarte Tatin, drinks and coffees was still less than EUR 50.
Locally there is plenty of on and off-street parking with the usual free lunchtime period, a beautiful church, walks along the Seine and the wonderful Villa Savoye. Certainly enough to keep you occupied and worth making a detour to visit if in the area.
An excellent value find and delicious food. Definitely recommended!

Went for a change in this créole restaurant without knowning what to expect.
The welcome was very nice from all the team : a genuine smile is hard to find nowdays!
Good recommendation from the staff on what to choose : acras ( of course) as a starter, then a vini of scallops and to finish an banana, vanilla and coco ice cream.
They have a terrasse as well were I had my diner (cooler than inside).
The price was of good value for money.
Will definitely come back there!
