Now open Thursday and Friday for lunch. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. A great vegetarian menu also. The food is always hot and well prepared. I return and return for great meals.

I could not find any reviews for any restaurants at Coronado Beach Panama, This area has many restaurants and more being built as the area is growing. This is also a tourist area and Coronado Beach is on the travel forum. I could not right an address as I could not find one but it is on the main road going into Coronado Beach. Thanks
The steaks come out on an iron skillet that keeps the steak HOT until the last bite. Also tried the chicken-rice Panamanian style which was absolutely delicious. Try one of their frozen Mango towers! Nice place to dine and watch the soccer games.

Same Location For About 10 Years.
Have driven past here hundreds of times; not sure why we'd never tried it.
Anyhow, in our presence, a neighbor invited a friend to go there Sunday morning for a pancake breakfast; overhearing him, I invited myself and my husband to join them; LOL!
The waitress is probably one of the owners. She is not fluent in English but does speak and understand reasonably well. When trying to clarify how we wanted our eggs cooked, she asked my husband if he speaks Spanish. I appreciate people who will make the effort to communicate using both languages because that just increases the likelihood of "getting there."
Anyhow, she was fabulous. We had seven adults and she offered to provide separate tickets, of which we wanted four. She got that right; she got our orders right; and she accomodated the three dogs.
Good selection of breakfast foods. We thought we wanted pancakes -- which were recommended by our neighbor -- but once we saw Huevos Rancheros on the menu, my husband and I both opted for the eggs. They were very good. Not like we get in the USA, but very good Panamanian style Huevos Rancheros. The eggs were served with one large fat sausage that was very good. The orange juice was freshly squeezed and cold.
At some point, the chef (who I think is also an owner) came out and took a photo of our table.
It was a very good experience. We are so glad to have another breakfast option (weekends only) and look forward to trying Del Chef for lunch and dinner. We love having restaurant options that do not require us to go out onto the Pan Am.
We'll also return some weekend soon to try the pancakes.

The fish is wonderful, we had sea bass with a romesco sauce, pizza, Greek salad, pasta Bolognese, and several other seafood dishes. Pasta al-dente. The fresh fish was very well cooked and fantastic. In 2 weeks we ate here about four times and were never disappointed. Order the fish! As an Italian pizza fanatic I would say it is difficult to find the proper flour here for a truly authentic pizza.
Great service, good food, the fresh fish is the best. A great ambience.

Our large family was well-taken care of here. The food was tasty and the portions were large. The waitress was attentive and friendly. The chourizo sausage was excellent as was the patacones with meat. We ordered a lot of food and the price was great.
Overall an excellent experience. I wanted to go back, but we ran out of time.

507's food is good, their drinks are good and the setting can be entertaining: The cafe is located just steps from the main street into Coronado so you watch cars pass other cars, bicyclists and trucks on the two-land road.
We've eaten here a couple of times while we wait for our car to be washed next door. Generally, I like to eat outside but it is so windy at 507 that our potato chips were blown off of our plates and napkins fly off of the table.
They serve a yogurt granola parfait which is excellent; they buy the granola, which is home made, from an ex-pat. It is the healthiest granola you'll ever find.
Unfortunately, the woman (who I think is the owner) understands very little English so when I ordered a Cinnamon Raisin bagel with cream cheese, she brought me a plain bagel with lox, onions and capers. I do sometimes like a bagel with lox et al, but have to be in the mood for fish for breakfast -- which doesn't happen often. The bagel with lox obviously cost twice as much as the bagel with cream cheese.
When it was delivered, there was no doubt by my face that it wasn't what I had ordered but no one asked if there was a problem. Because my Spanish is so poor (I'm working on it), I didn't know what to say. When my plate was removed, and I hadn't eaten much of it, they were once again provided with the opportunity to ask me if everything was okay. But they didn't. So I unhappily paid for a breakfast that I didn't order, didn't want and didn't eat -- and left hungry.
We haven't been back since. And that was our third visit after having lived here only about 6 weeks, so it cost them two customers who eat out frequently. Caracoles has opened next door so now we eat at Caracoles when we get the car washed. Yes, we spend more money but we don't have to contend with the wind and they get our orders right and if/when there is a problem, everyone speaks and understands English so I can address it.

Stopped for lunch and ordered the Lobster Thermidor with vegetables, to share.
The lobster was a little above average and a portion large enough for two. The vegetables were over cooked and tasteless. Our waiter was a pro. The vegetables were instantly replaced (but not much better) and an order of rice was brought. The waiter apologized and thanked us for alerting him to the problem. Five stars for service, 3 for the food. Pet friendly patio.
