Casa Doc Pochi Tavoli Ambiente elegante ,ma a conduzione famigliare. Aperto tutto l'anno .Prenotazione obbligatoria. In estate il servizio si sposta all'esterno ,ma il numero dei coperti rimane invariato perché viene chiusa la sala interna.
Delicious food, beautiful presentation, great service! Nice selection of wine. Very good chef who is mainly using organic ingredients. Very nice atmosphere, definitely want to come back :)

One of the best traditional Ligurian restaurants I have found in the region!
I suggest you start with the antipasto: they will bring different plates of fish your way planned according to the amount of people around the table. So good!
I would also sugggest you have a primo OR a secondo after the antipasto but not both... they serve a lot of pasta in the primo (with vongole vorace from the south of Italy, local aragosta, etc...). Always served al dente by the way. They will not have any other way.
They have amazing wine and whiskey lists. The owner will give you all the details!
He will know which wine is best to pair with your dinner and has suggestions for every dish on his menu.
Ps: the menu (and therefore prices) are in his head.
He will come to each table and start listing all that he has to offer. And it can be hard to follow, even for Italians! So feel free to ask him to slow down
How wife is the dessert expert! She will come and talk about what they have at the end of your dinner.
Big plus: Reservations are a must and the table will be yours all evening. Only one service.
Price: 140€/2 (1 bottle of white wine, antipasto for 2, 2 primi and 2 desserts + 2 bottles of San Pellegrino).

The location is perfect (in the middle of the historic centre of Pietra Ligure), the food is perfect (we ate the most delicious calamari and seppie), the services is perfect (very friendly). I know it's a lot of the same, but if the word fits ...

Absolutely delicious! If you like seafood (or not there are non-seafood dishes on the menu) and you're in the area this restaurant is not to be missed. As well the service is warm, welcoming and friendly . To secure a table make sure you take the time to make a Reservations. My friends and I absolutely enjoyed both our visits.

This is a beautifully decorated restaurant right on the sea. It is elegant and inviting!
We could have happily spent the whole afternoon here!
There was a lovely selection of seafood as well as local Italian fare. Everything was freshly prepared and delicious. The winelist was outstanding.
Definitely worth experiencing!

Farinata di Virginia is probably the place where to have the best of the best farinata in the whole Liguria. Nothing to say: it's a must! don't leave Pietra Ligure without having had a farinata. But carefull: be aware of the old owner: she would attach and argue with you at the first chance. And she would not hesitate to invite you to go to the hell if you try to answer. You have been advised!!!!!

After having read all the good ratings, I was expecting a nice little Italian Pizzeria with a friendly service. The reality is, that this is a simple fast food spot with rather unfriendly and dodgy peole selling their products.
There is nothing but absolutely nothing that diferentiates this spot from any other Pizza fast food shop. The wine they're selling is literately not drinkable. We were happy they sold as well a Coke. The Pizzas were ok but nothing exceptional.

Nice and loud athmosphere with a great colection of beers and pizzas. Pizza is very good especialy my favorite " Napoletana" but you coud find in the menu a lot of disches witch look good on a table. We stayed on the terase but the inside of the plece look good also. Recomand for a night out with friends.

Sincerely we came here guided by TA but we were a it disappointed by the ice-cream: nothing special adn actually a bit to sweet. But this perhaps is just matter of personal tastes. Give it a try and see if you like or it or not

The typical ‘osteria’, not fancy, not always impeccable in the service, but an extremely satisfying food experience. Dishes all inspired by traditional flavors with good variety and some special piece, like the ‘Fassona’ steak, or the fish ravioli.
Very large portions. And the real surprise is in the price!
Worth visiting if you are in the area. Reservation recommended, the place is always full.
