The service was friendly and really good but for one problem, my wife ordered the Rollitos de berenjena, and we were told it would take some time, well it took forever, and for some reason I got my appetizer promptly which was odd since you feel awkward in a situation like this when one diner eats and the waits. The food again was a mixed bag, because the one thing that was a problem with the service turned out to be a badly made dish. Otherwise the food was really good. The Lubina con jugo de lima y coco was very good as was the slow cooked beef cheek.

Very nice restaurant with excelente food and good staff.
The interior room have a rustic design that goes very good with the food servere.
The first room have look that doesn´t go with the quality of the food, so enter and go strait to the next room.

The menu at Ricard Camarena Restaurant (Michelin Star and three Repsol Suns) is a successful combination of taste, absolute respect for the product, an understated creative cuisine grounded in tradition with cosmopolitan and Mediterranean influences and based on seasonal produce. Ricard Camarena's cuisine is highly personal, simple in appearance yet complicated in elaboration. The chef's culinary soul shows through in developing his creativity without any superfluous elements that could get in the way of what he wishes to transmit in each one of his dishes.
We thought this was an excellent restaurant.
There is no actual menu, you just choose between six, eight or eleven main courses and before that you get numerous appetisers. They use only the freshest produce that is in season and you don’t know what’s coming. Normally I would prefer to choose but I needn’t have worried as everything that came was delicious
We went for the six main courses option.
The evening started in the bar where we got the first four appetisers which included a yummy chicken broth. We were then taken to our table in the restaurant and were seated at a table where we could watch the chefs at work.
All the appetisers and mains that followed were beautifully presented and delicious as were the pre desert and actual desert. We couldn’t fault anything about the meal.
We chose a local red wine that was first class,
The service was outstanding and helped to make this one of the most memorable meals we’ve had..

Heaving with local people on a Friday night we tried to order from an extremely limited menu which included only Chicken or Lamb dishes. It was a bit like the cheese sketch in Monty Python everything that we ordered from the menu was not available. We wanted to have a good time so we agreed to put ourselves in the hands of the owner. He said d'ont worry two starters and two main dishes will suffice . Some under cooked sausages arrived bereft of taste accompanied by some not bad nan bread served with a greasy spiceless lentil dip.Yuk this was followed by a tasteless chichen spiceless "curry "that had been stewed in oil and a lamb stew with lots of pepper. The rice was alright.
The whole meal was expensive and difficult to digest. The place seemed to be appreciated by the locals but if you know anything of food from the sub continent give this place a wide birth. Off to get some rennies

We thought everything about this restaurant was exceptional.
We found it easily in a great, central location inside the very trendy but peculiarly named Hotel One Shot Mercat!
The welcome was warm, the room is fabulous, the staff could not have been more helpful and charming.
A glass of champagne is always a good start and this one was included in the price of the tasting menu which we thought was fantastic value at €55 per head.
Each dish was brimming with creativity and deliciousness!!
We gather that the chef, Rekel, is a Masterchef winner in Spain and we were not at all surprised.
We have dined at many Michelin starred restaurants (at twice or three times the price) but Karak rates with the best of them as a great dining experience.
Thank you TA reviewers for steering us to Karak.

Smart restaurant in the heart of Valencia with authentically Italian food, specialty in our homemade fresh pasta and all desserts. Best pizza in Valencia. Extensive wine list and Italian appetizer. Premium Gins and other beveragues.
Based on previous reviews we were excited at the prospect of enjoying a relaxing evening at this restaurant, so much so that we booked for another evening in addition to the first one due to it's popularity.
We enjoyed the food which in essence reflects our overall rating for the evening, however we had to contend with noisey staff members having confrontations and a workman using equipment to sort out some form of maintenance problem. In addition to this we ordered a bottle of wine and were advised that this was not available, the alternative offered was a a complety different variety which left us feeling confused. Clearly unfortunate situations arise but surely staff members should show some form of consideration and offer an apology.
We requested the bill from various staff members to no avail until we stood up to leave, at which point we received the said item, at this juncture we asked that our next reservation be cancelled to be told that we had to do this as we left for the bar. Following this instruction we complied and gave the reason for not requiring the second nights reservation, the staff member was not in the slightest bit interested. Was this down to arrogance and the fact they did not care due to the popularity of this restaurant or just the case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time? I have tried to rate the various categories of service, food and value on the Tripadvisor review but for some reason or another will not allow me to do so. Will of course leave it for you to decide after your visit as to how you feel

Had two amazing steaks at this little hideaway off the beaten track. It's well worth the 15 minute drive from the city centre to this venue. Need to preserver to find it.
Simple menu, but the meat is full of flavour cooked on an open grill by a meat-aficionado who tenderly keeps the meat moist while smoking gently
It's reasonably priced for what you get.
Wines tasty too.
Give it a whirl you won't be disappointed.

From the moment we walked in we enjoyed a very welcoming atmosphere. I had the King Kong burger which was excellent, and I also tried my colleges carbonara which was nice too. They serve Carling and another Spanish larger on tap, we had a Bacardi and coke and a gin and tonic with very very generous measures. I had a slice of cake for desert which was delicious. The bill was less than expected. Cannot recommend highly enough.

So the Lamburgese is situated in am village/area outside of downtown Valencia. The restaurant is renovated so it looks modern en new feom thw outside and inside.
We went there on a day that probably all Spanish were on holidays and we were the only clients.
It took some time before we could order and receive food. The reason can be that it was fresh prepared wat is a good sign. Probably in the more busy hours they have some stok so they can serve faster.
Price: not cheap food-- BIG portions (check pictures)
Big minus for the very dirty toilet
The owners should take care of the toilets as good as for the kitchen and main restaurant place where there clients sits.
Of the toilet is such a mess, what about the kitchen?
I hope the next time I can write a better review (I will check the toilets again).
