Very convenient location one block from the main plaza, food was great, request to eat outside, in the patio area, service was quick, food was very good and prices very reasnoble, everything looked clean and very well kept.
There is parking right before you get to the restaurant.
We did not stay at the hotel, but it looks like a great option.

Very good food, very good fabada, Chamorro, desserts; relaxed atmosphere, the owners are present and attending.
The only problem is that they do not have like "established" waiters, so they are more like kids helping, this doesn't help the service, but if you go there not too hungry and it is not too crowded, is nice.
I didn't try, but seems the paella is very good, the one that eats it, let us know.

Parras Pizza Club is a modest restaurant in Parras de la Fuente, arguably the best pizza in the region. 100% handmade delicious pizza. We use fresh ingredients and excellent quality. A unique pizza that certainly delight you.
My wife and I ordered a pizza pie. The crust reminded my wife of Pizza Hut. The sauce was a bit sweet, but the cheese was stringy and boiling hot. We love thin-crust pizza, so this pizzeria didn't fit the quality of pizza we prefer. Service was very nice.

I can't even explain with words how delicious is the food of Evaristo's restaurant! A very recomended place to eat! The service is marvelous! My boyfriend is vegetarian and in the breakfast there was not an option to him(that liked him), the cook prepared him two DELICIOUS entrees for the lunch time! And the prices worth EVERY penny! Prices for full dishes around $50-$60 pesos!

I have been here several times and enjoy my visits each time. They have a jukes box with a lot of American and southern rock on it.

Went here on recommendation from a blog. It was a Sunday night and not so busy.the place is nice. We each order red a different size stake. Me a New York style and him a T Bone. They were huge! I was so full after a few bites and had them pack it up and they were so worried I didn't like the food but I ate so much guacamole, salsa and chips I couldn't go on. I just shared the left overs with another person and still have some left over. Limited wine selection though. I would highly recommend this place.

If you are looking for good food and at the same time visit a historical place in the town of Parras, then look no further than Botanero La Jaf, one drink I recommend is a Paloma which is almost like a margarita but without the syrupy flavor. Great place, great service.
