We were a little surprised at the venue after Reading the reviews, it’s above a shop and essentially is the owners home.
Only about 8 - 10 tables, single toilet accessed alongside kitchen.
That being said, nothing wrong with the food, owner was very chatty, it was quick and satisfied our hunger.
Very informal and not much of a view.

Nice place. We sat outside in the garden. Buildings both sides give the place a cosy and private feel.
Reviews were promising.
Prompt and attentive service, a good start.
First gripe from my teenager - fresh orange juice was more like strong orange squash. So we ordered a lime juice, mixed the 2 and all okay.
Food came quickly, nice surprise there as we have had to wait at other restaurants.
One lobster- over cooked!
One medium prawns - over cooked!!
If you major in seafood you must know how to cook it, surely.
Devilled prawns and shark stake - no complaints.
Not the meal we had hoped for having read other recent reviews. A shame.

A lovely restaurant, having an old world charm from the outside and a nice warm place when you enter the eatery. a helpful and hospitable staff who knows its menu well. the menu is well curated and food is awesome, authentic Thai food with the authentic aroma, and flavors. loved the tangy soup and the prawn dish, and the flat noodles and our mint ice tea. actually we loved each dish we ordered.
by far the best thai food we had on our trip to Colombo

A rare well organized mid range restaurant at the heart of Moratuwa serving good foods with a friendly staff. An old mansion has been nicely transformed in to a romantic & fine dining restaurant with average facilities provide varieties of foods in Sri Lankan context. Prawns were nice but lobsters were nothing but average. The shame was they're sprinkled with tomato ketchup-like sauce. This way, you can't feel real taste of lobsters. They were slightly overcooked for my taste. If you go there expecting much, you'll be disappointed. The place is not bad but too much overrated. I just weigh in to counterbalance the ratings here to put back in a bit of reality.

A nice spot, to chillax whilst looking at the Indian Ocean and enjoying a simple meal. Jani was a convivial host and very helpful indeed and the food was fine.

Exquisite food and service in tasteful and beautifully crafted setting. Best seafood curry we have had in Sri Lanka! Also tried the baked crab which was excellent.

The place is near town and it's clean & tidy.Staff was very friendly and helpful.I like Dominos pizza because it has real pizza taste than other pizzas.Lots of varieties to select with lots of add ones like toppings.Served with chili pop & oregano powder.mmm it has good taste with oregano powder..
