Sua Palomino is a project of environmental, economical and social sustainability that was born in December 2013 in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. This place is a dream that has been built, day by day, thank to the love and unconditionality f those who have worked for it. We are a platform for the social and environmental venture in Palomino. This has lead SUA to become a school that goes beyond, where we empower our family and we offer tools that boost their gastronomical knowdledge, their leadership and teamwok skills, and we learn how to make good use of our resources. <br>SUA is a place where opportunities exist for all, where learning is part of our daily lives, where we believe in the imposible, and where we contribute to a more inclusive, fair and sustainable world from our kitchen.

Tankos is a relaxed place on the beach to have a drink, eat some great food or even camp out. Franko is not only Colombian but his family are locals and if Spanish is a problem his Australian wife Natasha will have you covered. Drop in, say hello - there are even pets to play with if you are missing home.
We didn't stay in the hostel, but enjoyed dinner there.
After a couple of disappointing experiences with restaurants in Palomino, we were very happy to stumble upon this place.
The dinner (i had the chicken burger) tasted great - especially in comparison to the other hostel/restaurants.
The staff was very friendly and the place itself is just incredible pretty and peaceful. Great value for money!
Don't miss out on the brownie! ;-)

Cool little outdoor dining, good food and large portions. A little overpriced compared local options and definitely overpriced in coparison to restaurants away from the main tourist beach drag in Palomino. Overall worth it and staff owner family are nice and friendly.

We ate here one night last weekend, we were hoping for a cafe on the beach, this was the best we could find since we didn't really want to eat pizza. We had a shrimp dinner and a fish dinner, both were tasty and reasonably priced...

We are a space that offers wellness, we have an outdoor kitchen, dining on the patio, coconut trees, mango, guava, medicinal plants and organic gardening. We work with local suppliers that allow us to have fresh food every day. We offer the best of each crop on your plate.
When I heard they had hummus here, I went as soon as I get off work and was not disappointed!! Casa Semilla really has a lot of character: quiet, relaxed environment with friendly staff and healthy alternatives to the pizza and burgers being served at other restaurants in town. If you are in Palomino, definitely stop by and check it out.

The Primaluna Beach Hostel’s restaurant is a fusion between the Italian and Colombian cuisine, a real pleasure for the taste. The pride of the restaurant is the wood oven, ingredient of the crispy pizzas prepared at Primaluna’s. Adjacent to the restaurant there is a Caribbean-style bar which offers fresh fruit juices, soft drinks, Italian and Chilean wine, cocktails and spirits.
Great location, great venue, great range of options for both food and drink, nice people and cool atmosphere but the pizza I had was average. Pricing can get expensive

Different options; Natural food, breakfasts, lunches, fruit salads, juices, pastries and artisan bakery, sandwiches, salads, vegetables and grill.
Definitely a compulsory stop on your way to the beach via carreira 6 (street 6)! The first good impression came from Jorge, the cook, waiter and "receptionist" at the place. He's a warm person, that makes you feel at home. Beside the great environment and...MoreFlávia,thanks for your visit, have a nice trip.

"Che Parcero" is a cosy Café Resto in Palomino. Try our homemade Deserts, our delicious coffee, our argentinian empanadas and our bestseller, the delicious pizzapan, a different pizza-creation worth to try. Both, pizzabread and empandas count with different vegetarian options and we offer one vegan empanda as well. We bake homemade cakes & cookies, make delicious tropical fruitjuices, milkshakes and very good espresso or cappuccino. It's all homemade, from the furniture to the food and it's all done with love and creativity. Enjoy wifi, a friendly place and high quality food at very fair prices - Enjoy Che Parcero!
We met the owners Sarah and Leo at the day of our arrival in Palomino whilst searching for WiFi in the southern part of the village and they welcomed us with the best food we have eaten in whole of Colombia. They make traditional argentinian empanadas (not deep fried), pizzapan, fresh juices with local fruits and Sarah bakes real Swiss cookies and cakes. The chef Leo prepares all that right in front of you.
We went there several times during our stay to relax and have a good time, since the two are so nice and the food is very fresh and delicious. There are also loads of locals in their restaurant/cafe.
We wish them both all the best with their new cafe/restaurant and we promise to come back on our next trip to Colombia.
