A lovely restaurant serving superb, innovative food. The staff were warmly attentive but unobtrusive, who timed the serving of the dishes and drinks perfectly. The bread with the flavoured butter certainly had the WOW factor! We don't usually have dessert, especially after an entree and a main course, but having savoured every beautiful and sometimes unexpected flavours in the first two courses, we were intrigued by the descriptions of the desserts and just couldn't resist. Who'd have imagined celeriac in a dessert? Fabulous! A great wine list with some delightfully surprising origins. We'll be dining at Clareville Kiosk far more often!

Perhaps the only feature that can divert your attention from the stunning view at Jonah’s is the food. The multi award-winning Hatted Restaurant offers excellent Contemporary Australian cuisine and an exceptional wine list offering more than 1600 wines from around the globe.

Dropped in for lunch with my sister who lives locally, never been here before. The staff are warm, friendly and helpful and quite astute. We changed tables after being seated, to get out of the wind and this didn't cause any issues in a full cafe. My sister and I were hungry and looking forward to a delicious lunch. My sister ordered Salt and Pepper Squid ($15.50) consisting of fried strips of squid, a special mix of salt and pepper, a nice salad with sweet chilli sauce and a generous amount of thick cut chips. My sister was unhappy with the Squid which she thought was not cooked properly and was tough and chewy. She still persisted and ate the lot, but she didn't eat all of the salad or the chips, as she said there was too much on the plate. I ordered the Portuguese Chicken Burger ($13.50) consisting of chargrilled, Peri Peri marinated chicken breast, lettuce, tomatoes and mayo on a Turkish bun, with thick cut chips. I loved the chargrilled chicken and the chips and left an empty plate. I also ate some of my sister's salad which I also liked. My sister drank a mixed juice which tasted quite sour which was served in a jar and I drank a tin of Diet Coke served in a glass with ice. I didn't taste any Peri Peri (lemon, garlic, chilli, paprika, pepper or oregano) flavouring in the chicken, so I would suggest they add some more flavour. The meals are big and generally look great, they just need to focus on flavouring and cooking.

Located near the northern point of the beautiful Palm Beach peninsula, Dunes Restaurant & Kiosk provides a perfect setting for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Opened in 2006, Dunes sits between Pittwater and the Pacific Ocean on 1200 square metres of manicured lawns and Gardens. Our seasonal menu includes only the freshest produce in an innovative and contemporary variety of dishes, designed by our Executive Chef Troy Frater and his partner Madeleine Muhleck. Surrounded by Australian native plants, lush palm trees and filtered water views, we invite you to come and discover all the natural wonders of Dunes.
Great outdoor setting just back from the glorious beach. The kiosk does great food and very affordable eg burgers $10, lovely fries from $4, delicious steak Sandwich $12, but also healthy options. Dog friendly too. When the weather is good, this Dune kiosk is a great venue for casual Dining. There is also a more upmarket restaurant adjoining.
Be warned though, the kiosk has an Eftpos minimum policy of $20 or they have a surcharge of $1 for spending less. It's worth it though.

The Boathouse Palm Beach is set on Pittwater in Sydney's Palm Beach. Established in 2008, The Boathouse features world class water views, abundant floral and produce displays, and The Boathouse interior styling. With a fresh, modern Australian menu designed by The Boathouse chefs, The Boathouse is known to locals for its seaside charm and casual waterside dining.
It was an overcast Monday, not a day when one think the hordes would be out.
Well they were and they were at The Boathouse. We had friends from Arizona, not so nimble. On arrival around 13.00 all tables taken, mind you some suitable for 6 but occupied by couples or mothers with one kiddie, Friends getting antsie after 5 minutes of searching and just about to go elsewhere when I spotted a table with 2 lovely ladies onto their coffees. They happily made way for us, was interesting to join in on their conversation as they had just had their DNA analysed. Thank you ladies as we had a delightful meal. Order yourself, the one sav blanc, a Martinbourough, not a stunner but OK. The battered flathead and chips a winner with our friends. I enjoyed the trout and salmon dish.
Reason marked down to 4* due to the disorganisation of Seating, must be a better way, numbers or something

Visited Pearls for a birthday lunch and stayed till late afternoon. Always know when you have had a great lunch with friends at a great location when time just drifts away. The service is extraordinarily attentive and friendly. The food is amazing and the selection of dishes and sizes right on the money. If you want an extraordinary experience in a relaxed and friendly environment then this is the place.

The Greedy Goat was a pleasant surprise. Managed a parking spot outside as we were driving north on Barrenjoey Road and we were greeted by friendly service. The coffee and cake ordered, arrived quickly and was just excellent. Would like to return to experience a Sunday breakfast or lunch.

Great little place to have a relaxing meal / snack / takeaway. The juice options are unusual and delicious. Even the humble scrambled eggs on sourdough was unreal. We were in the area for 3 days and ate there (breakfast / lunch) once every day. Nice coffee too.

Fish & chips, burgers, salads, ice creams, coffee, milkshakes. Licensed or BYO. ATM.
My husband and I came across this eatery and so glad we did. We ordered the honey prawns the chilli prawns chips and a garden salad. Both prawn dishes were cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside well cooked and delicious sauces. The chips were also crispy and hot straight from the pan. It’s a no frills eatery, we sat on one of their tables outside and it was a most enjoyable lunch. There is no service, you order at the front, get a buzzer letting you know when your meal is ready, sit and eat. Highly recommend.
