Best restaurant in Hanioti in my opinion we went 3 times in week. Friendly waiters efficient service best steak and moussaka.Try the stuffed mushrooms. Complimentary brandy or ouzo offered after dinner. Also help with my pronunciation of Greek and quick lesson in the history of Greek language! Brilliant.

Paul's Place is a great Bar/Restaurant to sit and watch the world go by. Happy Hour on all cocktails everyday from 7-9pm. Great food and drink prices. No traffic so kids are free to run around the beautiful old square while parents can relax with a drink. come and pay us a visit, you wont be disappointed!!
Paul's Place is great value for your Euro and located in the Old Square which is a welcome traffic free zone. With Director style comfortable chairs, this restaurant provides breakfasts and evening meals, along with a half price cocktail hour each day from 7 - 9pm. Chilled draft/bottled beers and soft drinks are all reasonably priced. Excellent 'Mix' Grill platter for two at 10 euros, served with bread, chips and salad. Souvlaki was the nearest you get to typical Greek food, but all food we ate was of good quality and hot. Excellent and attentive service from cheerful staff. Such a shame it is not open in the afternoons for a cool drink after a meander round the shops. Would definitely recommend.

The view is amazing from the balcony over Aegean Sea.It couldn't be better, especially during this period.Excellent cava of wines.Poor quality and quantity of food.Even one plate prepared with fantasy and in a constructive way. Even the sardines weren;t boneless, because the staff deny to do this work!! The young chef should be more competitive. The portion of the octapus is so small!! High prices for the low quality.
It is recomended only for the stunning view and a light meal.

Beach Front Sea View Restaurant fully renovated. A variety of fresh food and Greek traditional cuzine served by friendly and experience staff welcome you to our restaurant. We serve meals all day and also have sunbeds for all our valued customers infront of the restaurant. We are open all day and all year. Everyone is welcome.
Visited this restaurant twice during our stay, both times the food was excellent and the service fantastic.
Both times when we asked for the bill it arrived with a selection of free desserts and sweet shots ..... so make sure you save some room!!! And be warned the Lemoncino is lovely but strong - think alcoholic locket and your right there. Price wise around 40€ including wine.

We decided to have dinner at Sea of Tastes because of the astonishing view and off course the reviews on TripAdvisor. The view was perfect, the dishes were average to poor. The chicken with yoghurt for example was just a piece of cooked file with no taste whatsoever. The gyros was as average as you can get on every corner here in Greece. This was really a huge disappointment. For good quality food and a good view as well, go visit the Kappa restaurant!

This is an excellent ouzeri that offers large appetizers and main fish and meat dishes. Warning: Plates come out as they are prepared. It is not a high end restaurant where plates are timed. Very tasty and well prepared dishes. I wished they served the appetizers in smaller plates so the table does not get crowded.

The restaurant offers tasty local dishes and seafood. I may recommend the plates for two: especially the Greek plate and also the fish plate (they include also a big Greek salad and half kilo of house wine). There is a complimentary plate of desserts at the end (as normal in bigger Greek restaurants). Good service.

The menu is all fish and nothing but fish,so please bare that in mind.
We didnt have starters,however we had their homemade (well I think it was)taramasalata and warm bread with a carafe of dry rosé,very good.
For our main dish we went for "The Captains" platter for two,ok 40€,but worth it.The only criticism I have,and I feel it is very much valid,and the owner should listen is,far too much of the platter is fried,and this spoils the taste of what you get.Ifit had all been plainly grilled and based in garlic butter it would have been superb, and far more tasty than all that deep fried batter.
If we ever return I hope you will do your fish platters this way,as I feel everyone would prefer this.
