We only stumbled upon this place while taking a stroll & boy were we glad we found it. The mains were delicious & the afters heavenly. My 3 friends claimed it to be the best apple pie they had ever tasted. Good choice of food, very open & relaxed environment & its surroundings - well trees! If nearby you you will regret you never tried this place!!

Are you looking for a restaurant that only serves the tastiest local and international produce? With an unparalleled wine cellar maintained by maitre-sommelier Sam Schelfaut? Amidst a collection of paintings which is the envy of many a museum? A lunch or dinner at De Zwaan in Etten-Leur is always an amazing experience. Enjoy the charming atmosphere while chef Carlo Chantrel serves up his culinary fantasies. Your host, Roland Peijnenburg, will gladly tell you more about the collection of paintings bequathed to him by his grandfather - Opa Koek. But even if you have less time, don't hesitate to pay the seventeenth-century gabled house in the market square of Etten-Leur a visit. In house you will also find Bib Gourmand awarded bistro Het Lelijke Eendje (The Ugly Duckling).
The location of this one Michellin star restaurant is perfect. Charming historic building on the main village square. Great Terrace for el fersco dining. The interior is wonderfull also, especially if you like art, as the art collection is amazing! Ask the owner to explain some paintings, he is a very entertaining and knowledgable guy.
The food and wine were excellent also. Creative paintings on your plate, with nice wine pairings.
The service is realy perfect. Very kind and attentive people and they create an excellent atmosphere. Price level is around €100-125) each person. Absolutely worthwhile

This Lounge restaurant still delivers the best ribs in the region, great taste, moisture and variation make these ribs fabulous, you can really suck the Meat Off the rib without any problem, menu has more "non common" choises which makes this restaurant stand out in comparison to other restaurants.
This in combination of the ambiance and style makes me want to give them 6 stars.

We reserved this restaurant to not come within their operational time, but they accepted it even we only 2 person. The taste of the food was good, and the service also. We had a chance to have a chit-chat with the owner of the restaurant. Nice

Located in a hotel opposite a train station is this restaurant. You wouldn't expect this to be so good. We had a meeting here and a meal afterwards. We started on a Terrace with some drinks and later went inside where we could talk whilst seated on a quiet table. The interior is a bit on the dark side, quite plain and modern. The meal was served swiftly as we had to leave quite early. It was a surprise. Very very tasty, well laid out plates and good portions. Very nice French fries came with the meal. The waiter was very friendly and interested. We had a really nice chat. I had prawns as a starter and then duck and noodles with teriyaki sauce. Very nice indeed. The others enjoyed their meal as well.

These people understand meat... for real! If I were to mention one minor thing about the restaurant, it's that it is small (and cozy) -> it could feel crowded if you're here on a busy day. All in all, if you like meat, go here!

Every single dishes served from appetizers to desserts would certainly be a pleasant surprise to your tastebud. The food presentation were nice with creative combination ingredients. O&O is a restaurant with food-passionated personality. You may choose to enjoy your meal in the garden or indoor. Best meal we've ever had. Great thanks to O&O!

Off peak Roosendaal can seem very quiet, almost ghost town like. And then you are surprised by all of the energy emanating from Cafe Lente and you simply can't walk by upon first encountering it. It seems that everyone in Roosendaal wants to be here. The delicious food was as expected. Why else would all of these people want to be there? The staff were friendly, efficient and welcoming. The decor was a bit Modern Chic mixed in with Mother Earth. The two lunches that I had here were delicious and well priced. Although I never tried it out myself, whenever I passed by at high tea time the cafe was bursting at the seams so that too appears to be worth a try.

Went with a wedding party and spent a full evening trying a wonderful variety of small plates - about 60 options including appetizers, mains, and desserts. We were able to sample many dishes and found all to be excellent. The staff were attentive and made helpful suggestions. This would be a great place for a long dinner with friends.

We were here with a large group and ordered a la carte. The food was of good quality and typical Dutch. Good quality, good portions, fish dishes are recommended. Nice people, good food.
