If you are travelling along the black sea region, don't miss this place. When travelling by car, don't enter the tunnel, proceed through perşembe. Beatiful spot with excellent food. One of the best regional specialities in black sea region. Highly recommended.

Location is great - right on the marina facing the sea. the only problem is the highway in front and it is a busy road. you can sit either inside or outside depending on the weather of course.
the staff is very good. the sitting inside has some sofas also i think. we were a large group so were on a table. the music was a bit loud and nothing exceptional. the decor is otherwise warm. you get a nice feeling overall.
now the main thing the food - for me it was OK - not bad not great can be better. i had a ottoman kofte - more like a burger patty on a bed of garlic and mint dip and some veggies and chips on the side. others had the beef medallions and were also of the same opinion. only the sheesh looked good and people were really conentrating on the food there - so must have been good.
overall a mediocre place because nothing really stands out. nothing to call special. some people will like it some will not. i am indifferent.

Herkese tavsiye ederim.

The citizens call it "Yağlı" because of the lot butter inside. Is nearly the one and only restaurant that makes the original Pide/Yağlı... I prefer the one with mince, I love it. A food that has to be eaten. The only disadvantage of the location is, that it's close to the Main Street and accordingly very noisy.

The restaurant is located in the city center and have very good prices for tasty and big portions. Sea bass saganaki highly reccomended. I stayed at Ordu for 3 days and all the dinners I had at the Derin Balik. Salad, fish soup, fried anchovy and the other fish dishes I tried was delicious. If you go to Ordu, choose this restaurant must.
