Just look at some of the photos... they don't lie, the ice cream portions here are INSANE! This place is popular, so be prepared to wait. The line moved quickly and I got my senior cone (which anywhere else would be considered a big scoop)! An awesome place to stop if you are driving back north from the Oliver area wineries. They have so many flavors and be prepared to ask what many of them are because the names don't always tell you much!
Stop by and don't let the line deter you!

We stop by to take a break on the way to Osoyoos, this place was a gem, tasty pizza, the crush wasn't greasy, freshly made pizza, great place to try!
We order from here time to time....I , at least have narrowed the Flavor quality of the Pizza to who makes it....I can always tell when the Lady who owns the place makes the Pizza...its tastier...lol..I always guess who makes it after I eat it,so maybe she should always make it...
It's a bit pricey for Pizza but what can you do.No other place to have Pizza in OK Falls

The Frog City Café offers garden inspired fresh menu selections. Come by early for breakfast and try our crepes with strawberries and maple syrup. Our Lunch menu features sandwiches on Margaret’s homemade multigrain bread, wraps, fresh salads and healthy soups. Specialty beverages are made to order, hot or iced, including organic, freshly brewed coffee and espresso, high quality loose leaf teas and Italian sodas.Relax on our fully licensed patio surrounded by our beautiful Gardens.
The Frog City Cafe is set in the midst of a beautiful garden - there are walking paths you can use to view all the different kinds of flowers and shrubs. There are outdoor tables where you can eat - so dining in the garden if you prefer.
The food at Frog City is excellent. The options are limited - mainly soups, sandwiches and salads, but what they serve is first class. The salad we ordered (Lily Pad I think) was set on a bed of brown rice. The lettuce and veggies were fresh and delicious. Our other order was the special Sandwich of the day - pulled pork. It was outstanding - pulled pork with Asian cole slaw and fresh veggies. The indoor Seating is somewhat of a dining hall - not fancy, but suited to the type of cafe this is. If you are in the area, be sure to visit.

Our winery restaurant is closed for the season. Thank you for all the great reviews. We hope to see you when we open again in May 2018!
We visited with my cousin and his wife and enjoyed both the winery (see that review) and the lunch. We were not able to eat outside due to the wasps but the inside eating space is very nice too. We ordered the shared plates - there are 2 selection on the menu and we ordered one of each which was enough food for us. Also enjoyed one of their wines with the meal. Lovely spot, well worth the drive up the hill!

Having checked reviews, we arrived in OK Falls and thought that the 'pub' was the Falls Restaurant but it was not. Falls Restaurant was across the road. It wasn't very attractive and didn't appear like a restaurant that had many good reviews. Nevertheless, we went in to check it out. It was pretty spartan. My friend and I sat at one of the booths. We both had difficulty sliding in. We're both of average size and have never had 'booth problems'. I took a good look when I got up and saw that the table overlapped the seat by at least 6 or 7 inches making it a very tight fit. Overeating would result in an embarrassing problem!
My friend ordered the Special -- hamburger with fries and I ordered liver and onions which I hadn't had in a long time and was looking forward to it.
My friend's burger and fries arrived. The burger was average but the fries were delicious--freshly done (not frozen. I stole a couple of them and wished I had ordered some for myself.
My liver and onions were disappointing. The liver was breaded and overcooked. I ordered bacon with the liver for an extra $2. The bacon was likely pre-cooked and then frozen. By the time it arrived on my plate, it was as tough as shoe leather. The mashed potatoes seemed fresh but were covered with gravy. Some of the liver was also sitting in the gravy making the breading soggy. A few cooked onions sat on top of the liver. Usually, the liver is smothered in onions. This was accompanied by carrots and peas - previously frozen.
To be fair, many of the good reviews dealt with the Chinese food they also serve. When I'm in the area again, I will drop in for lunch to have Chinese food ---- with a side order of their delicious fries!

Beautiful setting for a special dinner with fabulous views from our window table. This was only the second evening that the restaurant was open for the season. Menu was interesting, adventurous but limited. The complimentary sourdough rye bread was fabulous. Try the chips and dip......the chips are made in house and were flavourful and crisp......potato, flax, beet, mushroom and celeriac with a fennel/cream dip. Very tasty! The roasted pork was enjoyable. The monkfish was a new texture for me but was okay. Not sure I would order it again. Dessert was a very interesting camomile parfait and perfect to share. The little dessert sampler that Lucia also brought ended a very nice evening. Nice that the chef came out and talked to us. Allergies were dealt with extremely well.

A family run diner with great home-cooked meals made to order. Stopped by this restaurant for lunch on our way back to Kaleden for burgers and fries, and stopped by here again for a hearty breakfast on our way back to Osoyoos. Nice, laid-back family atmosphere.

We were staying close to this vineyard and restaurant so decided to give it a go for dinner. You dine on the deck and we had the good fortune to meet Roland Kruger who entertained us with some history of the family and their vineyard....MoreHi pedro00, thank you for stopping by and glad you got to meet Roland. Hope to see you again soon!

Using fair trade organic coffee and fresh local produces, KJ Coffee Bar is not only serving the best cup of coffee but a unforgettable experience.
I was able to stop here on the way to Oliver, so glad I did! The duck confit (never mind the low price)was amazing, the cheese cake was to die for! A lovely cappuccino, great atmosphere, & lovely staff! Familiar faces, as this couple used to work for Dogtown when it was in business. I will return when I find myself in that neck of the woods! So worth the stop!
