We dined at Benito’s tonight, after navigating our way past rubbish bins to get to the entrance we were finally seated, I ordered the ribs and can honestly say that the food was not nice at all. I could not eat the ribs as they...MoreWe are sorry we did not meet your expectations-

I've been here a few times now. It's cosy inside the cottage in winter with there're going. A little crammed with all the tables in a small space however the food is good especially the desserts. I have been here once hosting a group and the waitress told my friend to stop drinking her juice she bought in despite us ordering 10 coffees! I was extremely embarrassed and it really put a sour taste in my mouth re Lintons.

Rob Licciardo is a Mt Eliza icon. He is well known on the Mornington peninsula for his vacherin desert and prawn Caesar salad (and, for me, his macadamia crumbed lamb cutlets). Delicious dining with an interesting setting as it is in the grounds on Manyung Art Gallery.

French pastries as good as you will find in Paris. Light meals and great coffee make Cafe Gourmand an excellent place for breakfast or brunch. It's cosy, so you might struggle to find a seat, which is less of a problem in better weather as there is outside Seating. Try the crepes or a delicious croque monsieur.

A rare jewel of the Middle East, located in the heart of the Mount Eliza Village. Come and experience the worlds oldest cuisine in an authentic, luxurious and modern setting. At 1001 Nights, we have travelled across the Middle East to bring you traditional, mouthwatering flavours, combined with some of the Mornington Peninsulas best produce and presented them with modern style. Experience the truly unique flavours of tender free-range meats sizzling over char coal and be seduced by the smell of traditional aromatic bread, cooked in our tandoor oven. We look forward to giving you an exciting and exotic dinning experience. Open from 8am for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
This has become one of our favourite places for lunch. Never had a bad coffee here. some of the lunch deals are excellent, very tasty and sufficient. The food has a middle Eastern themeThey also have one of my favourite beers, the Japanese beer Asahi, on tap. you can get a tasty, filling lunch for around $20..or go up market a bit if you choose to do so. however all prices seem very reasonable for good quality.Outside Seating is available and we choose this option if weather permits. On hot days there is invariably a nice sea breeze that favours this spot. The staff are always very efficient, friendly and welcoming.

Went once, had to return as the initial experience was memorable. Waiting staff were excellent, food was simple yet so tasty. Linguini Marinara was cooked to perfection. Could not have been improved on. Waiting time was a tad protracted but we weren't in a hurry. Will definately return to savour some of the other choices on the extensive menu.
Not too noisy as it can be in similar type venues.

Amazing coffee with a barista that actually cares about the product he delivers. His shop is full of amazingly eclectic bits and pieces to feast your eyes on and his record collection is full of “killers, no fillers” (his words!!). Add to this perfect mixture The Smiths cranked up on the Saturday morning I visited and George Michael on the Friday . Lastly, Sam’s one liners. Example: “Do you want it to drink in or go Gypsy style?” You just don’t get the same experience at Gloria Jeans I’m afraid! Jealous of all the locals that get to experience this place on a daily basis....Genius.

Absolutely sensational.
What a magnificent find. Definitely a must if in Mt Eliza and love Japanese food.
You will need to book.
The $75 banquet is a definite recommendation so much variety and so authentic.
Everything was outstanding and anything you try will be delicious.
Will cater to dietary need with no questions ask. The alternatives were just as sensational as the set banquet menu.
