Got the moose/elk-dish and the moose/elk-meat was burnt and the vegetablas was premade (frozen and then boiled) and overdone. This roadside restaurant is quite popular in Mo i Rana and I have been there several times, but the food is getting worse for each time I`m in. Not sure if I will come back.

We made a flying visit to this restraunt en route from Bodo to Trondheim. We needed something simple but tasty.
The service was brilliant and the Burgers were superb plus real chips.
Had we not been rushing we would have liked to have taken our time here has the place had a modern relaxed feel and spotlessly clean.
Staff very friendly and excellent service and the menu was available in English good for meat eaters and Beer lovers.

I was taken to this restaurant as a guest. The location is fantatstic; an old building with lots of atmosphere.
With a good cava we were served some Choriso, Appenzellerand blue cheese as an appetizer.
For starter there was a king crab ravioli with a half (small) Norway lobster. Excellent in itself and also with the matching Riesling.
Seconda was a panfried redfish, matched again with a nice wine.
For mains there was a piece of nice game with red wine sauce paired with a developed Bordeaux.
To finish there was a nice chocolate dessert and again nice matching of wine.
Coffee and Grappa(!) rounded off a perfect evening.
The food is well prepared without too many frills. Just good tastes.
As I disd not pay myself, it is hard to comment on the value for money aspect

On one of our frequent road trip to and from Northern Norway we stopped in the small industrial town of Mo i Rana on a Sunday evening. As we were strangers, we went searching for a place to have a late meal. After some searching, we asked a young, nice couple for advice;they told us that they had just been to Babette's, and could recommend it. We went there, and had a very good meal. My Caesar's salad was sumptous, with a lot of juicy, tasty chicken cubes, and my wife's pasta dish was also perfect. The servings were generous. The atmosphere was easygoing and the clientele youthful, but well behaved. The service was very friendly (with lot of smiles) and the prices very reasonable.

A regular Chinese restaurant, we have chosen four dishes and they were all like you can expect. The service was grear, interior as you can expect.

Visited Taras together with colleagues from work. The place is in a basement and oddly decorated. There is a long 'grill kiosk style' counter at one end and restaurant tables at the other. But they serve very good Indian food, cooked in an authentic Tandoori oven. Also fresh baked nan bread and good Indian beer (Chakra). Nice, but somewhat uneducated waiters. The special setting made the evening an enjoyable experience.

After a long day on June 17th, 2014, I took my family to Papa Pia (and had no expectations what-so-ever). Ordered three different kinds of Pizzas. One Vesuvio (children size, which was just a tad smaller than the grown-up versions), One KebabPizza, and one Parma. The biggest test (at least here in Norway), is that the restaurant manages to provide decent rucula on the parma-pizza - and they delivered! Impressive! The pizzas were good and worth the money. The staff was very attentive and friendly. In the menu they have large and small as options for their pizzas (+children size). A small one is more than enough for a grown-up person (we didn't test the large one). After dinner the three of us had asked for a take-away box to bring the remaining pizza to our hotel-room for some later-in-the-evening-snack; the box was full. In effect, you get good value for your money (at least when you compare pizza-prices here in Norway towards other restaurants - hence the Excellent rating on value).

My wife and I wanted to eat out for once, and chose to go to the fairly newly opened Kreo Mat & Vin. It proved to be a good idea.
It's a pleasant and nicely decorated place with good chairs and many tables overlooking the street. The dinner menu at Kreo is pretty short, but they have a long pizza menu as well.
My wife chose a chicken salad and I had a pork fillet. The food was served quite quickly and was very good. Attentive and friendly staff, too.
The only thing we didn't like was that the coffee came from a machine and were quite tasteless and thin.
Essentially, the visit was an enjoyable experience, which we are going to repeat.

We stopped here when we drove from Bodø to Trondheim. Good lunch and a good variety. A shopping center, but this place was not a typical center cafe when it comes to the food.

I was here for a buffet. The food was good, but nothing more. The price was affordable. The restaurant looks a little worn-out, but it was clean and ok. The toilets was not ok. It was like coming to southern part of Europe. Looks really old. And not so very clean.
