Our restaurant is a reflection of Rick's passion for seafood and the coastal lifestyle which he has enjoyed for most of his life. As Rick says: "nothing is so exhilarating as fresh fish, simply cooked". He believes that fresh seafood should speak for itself. While he enjoys occasional fine dining, his food is much more about what he really likes to eat: a plate of Clyde River oysters, a pot of Illawarra prawns with mayonnaise, a mound of spanner crab, a slice of blue eye or a perfectly grilled sand whiting. We like our service to be informal but observant and we have a local team who will greet you with a warm, genuine welcome.
Staff were excellent and very accommodating. We had Tempura Zucchini Flowers and seared Scallops for Entree. The flowers were a little bland however the Scallops were beautiful, well cooked. For mains We had the warm seafood plate (entree size) and the local Milton Lamb rack. Both these dishes were very good, the lamb was pink, tender and the sauce was excellent.
Our only disappointment was there was no Lobster on the menu however we will just have to go back. Perhaps I may need to call ahead and pre order my Lobster.
We also had a nice bottle of NZ white which was also very pleasant.
Our wait person Monica did an excellent job including ensuring my Lemon and lime request was fulfilled. Well done.

The first thing we noticed when we arrived was the lovely surroundings. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the countryside setting. But from the moment we placed our orders, we felt complete ambivalence from our waiter. The food was excellent; the lamb rump was as tender and flavourful as we've tasted. But we had the feeling that we'd offended our waiter somehow. He was quite busy, but it just felt off. The bottom line was we had a sensational meal and felt uncomfortable the whole evening. Such a shame. It could've been perfect.

There is nothing like a long lunch surrounded by green rolling hills, blue skies and great service. Or a special dinner for two, or four, or twelve, or more, featuring great food, great wine and great conversation. Our award-winning Cupitt's Kitchen offers seasonal food with traditional French and English influences. Locally made wine and beer feature on our wine list. We use fresh local produce and follow the philosophies of the Slow Food Movement, believing that dining should be a source of pleasure. Rosie Cupitt is the Leader for Slow Food Shoalhaven. The restaurant is located in the heart of Cupitt's Winery, and combines rustic stone walls with contemporary design for a comfortable, sophisticated dining experience. We take food and wine very seriously, so that you can relax, exhale and enjoy.
We, 4 couples, enjoyed a delicious meal while holidaying in the region. We enjoyed the two course option with paired wines and we were not disappointed. Our taste buds were treated to a delightful treat - flavour and textures were just right and the wines...MoreSo wonderful o hear you and your friends had a great culinary experience at Cupitt's. Thank you for the review and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

What a find this place was. We ate here on the recommendation by our host at the times past bed and breakfast. From our initial welcome, even thought they had not opened yet, the entire experience here was excellent. Perfect service from a very knowledgeable and friendly waitress. She made the whole experience of ordering & dining a special treat. Her friendly manner did not diminish her professionalism in any way, a rare experience when dining out. The food, well the meals here are as good as any i have eaten anywhere. The blend of subtle aromas from the kitchen had our taste buds tingling. We were not disappointed by our meals when they arrived. Both the duck and the steak were wonderfully presented and delievered a wonderful mixture of subtle tastes. The desserts were of an equally high standard. The wine list was very well priced for the quality of wines on offer. Usually we dine at different places when we holiday, not this time. We returned there for dinner on the second night and had a dining experience as excellent as the first. if you like juicy well done steak, then eat here, the chef is perfect at this. Considering what this place delievers, it is exceptional value. Fine dining at mid range price.

Pilgrim's is an advertised Vegetarian Cafe located conveniently on the main street of Huskisson. Although it is advertised as vegetarian there are great, fresh and delicious options for vegan/plant based eaters. My sister and I stopped in for brunch. I ordered a number of breakfast sides which made up my meal.
Each component of pan sautéed mushrooms, roast potato slices, fresh avo, housemade baked beans and sour dough toast was on point. We also ordered a "Golfie" juice made up of watermelon, orange and pineapple which was refreshingly delightful. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a breakfast spot with fresh food and drink, friendly service and a laid back atmosphere by the sea.

Overlooking the beautiful Ulladulla harbour, adjoining the elevated walkway. Access from the Main Street or the boardwalk. Open for breakfast and lunch from 6.30Am.
The views are amazing and the staff were helpful.
The kids pancakes were large but the presentation was disappointing. The eggs bene were okay but small and had what tasted distinctly like packet brought hollandaise on it (yuck). The grilled haloumi stack had great mushrooms and haloumi but again was small and drenched in that hollandaise sauce which was so disappointing. On the positive the coffees were hot and served quickly.

Coast Cafe is located in a beautiful heritage building on the Princes Highway in Milton NSW serving a fresh seasonal chef's menu available for breakfast, lunch and Friday and Saturday evenings. Coast Cafe is a family and dog friendly licensed cafe with fantastic facilities including a courtyard with amazing views, wheelchair access and baby change facilities. Coast Cafe has recently partnered with Toby's Estate offering specialty coffee and hot drinks.
This place has always been a fair option for snacking/dining at Milton. The food is pretty good, nice variety, it's a licensed venue so cosmo feel, the location is pretty nice, but by far and away the cleanliness and quality of the toilets at this place is beyond compare. I hate public toilets and will avoid at any cost.. but here I was way at home. Nice place for 2 for under $50 for solid meal and alcoholic beverage.

Spent a summers Monday evening at this unpretentious restaurant serving good class food.
We had a lovely meal with Portuguese fish cakes and grilled cuttlefish to start - mm yummy.
Kitchen staff seemed calm and totally on their game. Front of house humorously flustered.
We enjoyed our main dishes too despite the pleasant yet confused service. I’m sure I can recommend.

The lamb pastie I had was excellent but the whole place looks tired. Chairs were rickety, tables askew and the table top felt greasy. The verandah had cigarette butts everywhere and the toilet was smelly and dirty. They only accept card payments which is ridiculous for a $6 purchase. Says something about how much they trust their staff. Forget the BS they have on posters saying it is clean and secure, and thanks for being an early adopter - sorry, the food is good but not THAT good and I won't be back.

Fantastic pies - great, crisp and flaky pastry tops with delicious fillings to suit all taste buds from exotic to traditional to vegetarian and everything in between. Menu changes all the time, and pies come in single serve and family size pies. Their sausage rolls are truly scrumptious.
We always buy a few frozen pies and sausage rolls to take home with us to remind us of our holiday!
