Decided to visit this restaurant at last minute and glad we did.Spacious, subdued lighting, causal decor, would seat 60-70.Service friendly and unobtrusive..
Serves authentic Japenese food. The sashimi was the best I've had for a long time, wonderfully fresh and melt in mouth.Ebi tempura again light and fresh and the fried chicken with a terrific salad was excellent. We finished with a creme caramel and ice cream. The food was on the expensive side but worth it.BYO at $5 per bottle.

Great atmosphere in this stylish restaurant which is very professionally run. From the food and wine recommendations through to the nicely paced Delivery of each banquet course, everything about our visit here was enjoyable. Great flavours in all our dishes, superb seafood and meat plates (although disappointed they had run out of lamb?). Highly recommend.

The award-winning Little Truffle Dining Room and Bar has been a favourite with both locals and tourists since opening in 2010. The popular venue is located on the corner of the Gold Coast Highway and Bondi Avenue in Mermaid Beach. Guests can enjoy an intimate and relaxed venue, allowing lovers of food and wine to indulge in the palatable menu prepared by Chef/Owner Daniel Ridgeway and Head Chef Jason Burt, whilst exploring the exceptional wine list from around the world. Little Truffle Dining Room and Bar can be split into several different areas to cater for a variety of guests in the contemporary dining room or classic dining room. The award-winning venue also offers two private dining rooms which features hand-made vintage crystal glassware and personal sound system. The smaller private room seats up to 8 and the larger up to 18.
Returned again, to a wonderfully special evening, it was an unusually slow evening. Waiters attentive, food exquistely executed, if the french manner. A restaurant of this style of french cooking is rare these days; keep up the great work.

Went here for lunch last week with the family to celebrate my birthday. The food is really good value and typically Japanese where it comes out on a little tray with the soup and salad. It's BYO wine too! There was a slight mix up with my order but it was quickly resolved.

O-Sushi's sumptuous offerings are supported by a service philosophy that is all about making the customer feel happy and welcome. The floor staff and chefs have a friendly, yet focused attention to detail and obviously love what they do.

Industrial-chic cafe perched on the beachfront turning out innovative, seasonally-driven food; accompanied by specialty coffee roasted by Single O.
We have had breakfast here the past 4 mornings enjoying the friendly service always with smiling staff and ready for a chat. Everyday we felt like we were having breakfast with good friends. The food is fresh and tastes amazing we loved the Macadamia Porridge, Bircher muesli, Breakfast burger and the Fig and nut toast with honey ricotta. So many choices and every dish was great. Importantly they also serve great coffee When staying on the coast this is a must visit cafe

Nice selection of pre-prepared hot and cold vegetarian dishes in a behind-the-counter servery. Deserts, ice-cream and drinks were delicious. Nice setting too. Only thing that prevented a 5-star rating was the service. We weren’t greeted or acknowledged upon arrival, asked how our meals were, or thanked for our custom when we left. The staff were friendly enough, just not attentive or well-trained. We felt like the staff were temporary backpacker employees in transit between Bryon Bay and Airlie Beach who didn’t have much buy-in to the business. If the service improves this place will be an absolute winner!

The food is good. The wine is very pricey but the food is very good. There are small bites choices, though they aren't cheap. The lamb was delicious....comes with a nice cole slaw. Had the caprese salad as well....very good, but small portion.
