Tetouan in February is not the best place to find an open restaurant. The Restinga had good, freshly prepared food, & also served beer and wine (very hard to find elsewhere!) and lovely complementary olives and a warm chickpea starter. Service was good. You'll need to eat early, though, as it seems to close at 8.30 every evening!

Blanco Riad is a hotel with 8 rooms and a restaurant. We offer breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. We have a nice Terrace where to have tea and biscuits at any time of the day. Our kitchen is traditional Moroccan with some modern Moroccan dishes. We cook with local products. Eggplant cannelloni stuffed with seafood on olive paste and honey, goat tagine with caramelized figs or seafood pastela are some of the plates that we offer. The starters cost 40 dh (less than 4 euros) and main courses 80 dh (less than 8 euros).
We stopped for a meal after a journey through the Medina in Tetouan. The staff was very welcoming and the food was excellent. The baked goods-- cookies and cakes-- were positively stellar. I had unsweetened mint tea with my food and it was very refreshing.

We were taken to El Cocodrilo for a business diner. We went back there the next night. The food was great and plentiful. The seafood is fresh and comes prepared with excellent sauces (squid, cockles, mussels).
With diner we drank a Beau Vallon A.O.G Beni M' Tir Rouge 2009. A very taste red wine with a very smooth and sweet bouquet. The place is crowded so be there early.
The restaurant is located at the seafront. Parking nearby (not free).

A popular tourist restaurant with wonderful, colorful ambiance thanks to beautiful tile- and woodwork, cushions and architecture. good food, good wine list, good service.

We really enjoyed our dinner at Olas! We had the Olas salad, seafood spaghetti and a massive Special Paella for two. With the complimentary bread and tapas to start, it was a feast we couldn't even finish! Our server Redouane was courteous and patient, answered our questions and provided a menu in English, which was convenient. The prices were more than reasonable, especially considering the excellent location with a picturesque view of the Mediterranean: We got out of there for less than $40 USD total! Strongly recommend.

Good quality at high price and in an 'ok' location
Can they stop looking forward to be like in Monaco for a bit?
I have been there yesterday evening and I was there on my own .. no no not as in Solo visitor, I was actually the only customer!
And the speed of the plates arriving to my table made me feel uncomfortable. .
It was juicy steak alright but I felt like it was already made and they just heated it up.
