I loved everything on the menu, omelettes, salads, shakes. And the girls working there are super friendly and fun ! All of that with a great view behind the trees.

Good food and drinks are an integral part of any holiday and Serendipity Koh Lipe Resort will provide exactly that. Our “On The Rocks” restaurant is built on the rocks 6 meters above the waves and has views overlooking the beach and surrounding Islands. The dining space creates an atmosphere which allows for romantic dinners, family or group dining. All dishes are prepared with quality ingredients and fresh produce to ensure your taste buds remain tantalized. Fresh fish & sea food are of course a big part of the Thai dining experience and are available all day. Our bar staff will be on hand to make an enjoyable range of cocktails and mock-tails or choose from our range of imported wines, Cold Beers and soft drinks, which include fresh fruit juices, smoothies and shakes.
The ses view at this restaurant is 5 Star, the service is fine and frindly, and i would go again next time we visit Koh Lipe. The Food was average, not bad at all but not enough to get the 5 Star rating.

Stopped here for dinner. It was a lovely night and we really enjoyed this restaurant. Service was friendly and fast. Since we didn’t have a reservation we had to sit at a big table in the front. We decided to go for it. We had straight ocean view. We had pad Thai and noodles with basil. Absolutely delicious! It was also very reasonably priced compared to other places. Would recommend!

A relaxed place to hang out, drink real coffee, eat bistro-style food, grab a drink, buy a used book, play board games, and listen to or play (musicians welcome!) Great music. The owners, transplants from San Francisco, serve up western breakfasts, homemade bread & bakery items, salads, sandwiches, burgers, American style pizza, snacks & a special menu just for kids. We also have real espresso drinks made with fresh milk, fresh fruit smoothies, original cocktails highlighting Thai flavors, ICE COLD beer, wine, and live music every night. Take away is OK! A late night snack, a picnic lunch on the beach, scuba or snorkel trips, or food for a long boat ride. Just tell us what you need. Find us on Walking Street near Pattaya Beach.
We stopped here after a hike around the small island for a drink/refreshment, and I thoroughly enjoyed my ice-blended "Banoffee". Friendly and prompt service, great decoration, and the so important message/call to help Ko Lipe tourists to act more environmentally conscious, following the cafe's concept - I thought that was super cool. Would recommend this cafe to anyone visiting Lipe.

Accommodation & Real Italian food in Koh Lipe !!!Enjoy your Pasta home made : ravioli lasagna gnocchi fettuccine Pizza Steakhouse Dessert home made : Tiramisu', , Brownie cake
Not really sure why this place has such a high overall score.
I don’t like giving bad reviews but I was disappointed with my visit here.
Staff seemed very uninterested on our entry. We showed ourselves to a table with no greeting. We then waited nearly ten minutes just for a menu - which would be absolutely fine if the place was really busy but it wasn’t. Three staff members were stood by the bar chatting - One girl behind the bar making drinks, two guys just stood there not seemingly doing much which their backs to us. I eventually got the girls attention and menus were brought.
We then had another long wait to give our order - again the same process, two male staff chatting by the bar as the girl made drinks and served. I managed to eventually again grab the girls attention who came and took our order. Again, I wouldn’t mind if the place was really busy but it was very far from full - it was just disinterested staff.
A had tuna / olive pizza and my girlfriend ordered ravioli. My pizza was ‘OK’. Although it seemed to be supermarket tuna and canned, chopped olives. I don’t think the tuna had been drained as the topping was quite watery.
My girlfriends dish wasn’t even ravioli - I’m pretty certain it was gnocchi type pasta. It was a pretty small portion and again was just OK, nothing special at all. I wanted to ask whether it was actually ravioli but my girlfriend insisted not to make a fuss - so to be fair the restaurant wasn’t given a chance to change this.
After finishing our drinks I got up to pay on the way out - as staff just left the empty dishes on our table and based on how the rest of the evening went I presumed would’ve been waiting a while if I was to try and ask for the bill.
Not sure whether this was an off night but really can’t recommend this place based on my visit. Very disappointed - look elsewhere.

Happy hour 4-6 every day The front of the restaurant and bar is a large covered deck with cushions and low tables where you can sit and look out over the sea. On the beach we have salas where you can sit in the shade and be part of the beach life. We have free wifi internet covering the restaurant, bar and part of the beach. Perfect for just checking your e-mail on your iPhone or doing a spot of work with your laptop. Our designs have been heavily influenced by traditional Thai building methods. All our buildings are made of natural hard woods built on posts buried in the ground eliminating the need for concrete foundations. The roofs are made from local thatch.
We went to Castaway Restaurant for lunch. It is right on Sunrise Beach and offers a great view.
Food was good. We ordered: fish cakes, fried chicken drumsticks, crispy pork belly, chicken cashew nut, glass noodle pork salad and mango sticky rice.
Prices were rasonable and staff was ok.
It is a very good place if you wanna chill with some good food and drinks.

We went for drinks as it was highly recommended as a bar by Lonely Planet. It certainly looked very quirky, and we loved the little dog propping up the bar, but we found it a little too noisy and the music a bit too loud for our liking - but then we are an older couple, and this bar is definitely a better place for young backpackers.
The drinks menu was ok, a reasonable choice of cocktails was available. I had a Tequila sunrise which was good, could have been a bit stronger, and my partner's beer was chilled.
They have a very cheap backpacker food deal for THB100, a set meal comparable to an Indian thali. The food menu featured burgers and other things we weren't really interested in, and those prices were on par with everywhere else, even a little dearer than average. Service was very, very slow. I think it might be lively later in the evening, a place for party people. Unfortunately not for us.

The Box offers you a great selection of Mediterranean Cuisine dishes, such as Spanish Tapas and the world famous Paella, together with a wide choice of imported Fine Wines and great Cocktails. Our restuarant & Bar area is one of the liveliest spost in the island, where you can spend the evening in good company and enjoy the best Latin Vibe!
Attracted by good reviews and the music we had dinner there. The menu is quite boring:they offer tapas at the entrance...which tapas?!?they have a choice of about 5/6!!we ordered a gazpacho ,a burgher and the meatballs. I asked more about the paella and they have only de marisco, not the original one from Valencia with meat. I can t say the waiter was the most friendly one: not smiling at all and not looking you in the eyes while taking the orders .The patty was poor ,like 100 g,nobody asked how cooked we wanted the meat, medium or well done. The gazpacho was so thin, like they use to serve it as an aperitivo in Spain but in this case is presented in a flat plate and as a meal, too bitter, TOTALLY unsalted and presented alone(no egg, toasted bread, onions).I asked for some salt and what I got was an empty salt shaker (!)The meatballs were really delicious but..cold.Presented in a nice little pan,the pan itself was cold .Music and ambiente were fine,as far as the glass of red wine. But nothing explained a charge of over 1000 bath.I waited to write this review and tried another restaurant on the island which have a Spanish chef, the 10 moons. Well:can be judged like day and night and that for 2000 bath but having 4 entrees,2 main courses(a real hamburger),2 cocktails 1 bier 1 wine. Last but not least We we’re concerned that the microwave from the open kitchen peeped like every 3 minutes...so maybe the cook should have choose a longer program for the meatballs:-).The place is full, every night and I m sure most of the customers are satisfied ,but don t forget the street is the copy of ballaman in Mallorca and yes sorry but I take reviews and the cuisine very seriously .

We showed up with a group of 32, unannounced. Lots of room to sit and a comfortable place for the kids to lounge around. The staff got to it and took all the orders, prioritizing the kids first (good move). Took a while to get all the meals (to be expected with a group this big) but it was not a terrible wait either. The cold beer helped. Highly recommended.

So much tasty choices with very special flavours ! Forever Restaurant is the perfect alternative to Thai food. My 3 favourite dishes : Pumpkin curry, Aubergine curry, Bean curd salad. Thanks for the welcoming smiles !
