If you are in the north of Israel and if you love cheese then Ein Camonim is a mandatory visit to the ultimate goat cheese makers of Israel.
Everything you eat in Ein Camomim os grown and made on the farm by the loveable and friendly Avrutsky family.
From the best goat cheese you ever had, goat yoghurt, amazing salads and homeade cheese and pizza for kids, this is what farms are all about and one of the last family owned private held farms and restaurants in Israel for cheese.

In Galilee in the village of Rame Christians, Druze and Muslims live together
On your way near Mount Meron - the Jermak this is a perfect place to eat a light local dish
We took a vegetarian meal, but carnivores won't be disappointed too.
The Humus, the salads and the Falafel are just like they have to be like the Arab population would eat it at home. No Haute Cuisine or something like that, just plain, healthy and nice food
Worth traveling an extra mile

The very basic, flat, food, the poor service, the long wait, the manager who keeps shouting at his team while the whole restaurant hear (and see through the kitchen big window), they all become non-significant in light of the DISASTROUS hygienic conditions.
Sitting at the bar, we had clear visibility into what took us by shock.
Plates are cleaned with the bar cloth, being used to wipe the bar, clean hands etc.
The trash is in the middle of the bar by the wall with the entire area looks like it hasn't been cleaned in the past few months...
And the highlight, a kitchen strainer (the one you use while making pasta) is placed under the sink where all the cleaning stuff is placed.
When asking the manager about it, he didn't get excited. Nor gave it a second look.
We will not give it a second chance. As for you, it's your call (and willing to bet...), My advice, don't.

I have eaten at Sushime several times and the sushi there is consistently very fresh and creative. I love the rolls coated with caviar which give it a wonderful taste and consistency and have never seen this anywhere else. On the down side, it is a small place with only one waitress and one sushi chef, so there is often a long wait for service.
The outside setting is very nice in the newish "midrachov" section of Karmiel and there are many shops and restaurants opening, giving it an up and coming cosmopolitan feeling..

I am actually quite surprised this restaurant received such positive reviews. I have been there a few times and found it to be rather mediocre and the service not great. It has typical coffee house type salads and quiches and there are much better options in the area for similar types of food including Art de Coco, Aroma and Bleecker.

Aroma probably has the best coffee and sandwiches in Israel, and this particular franchise in Karmiel is a truly wonderful experience. The coffee is great, and the food is fresh, beautifully made and delicious. The service is always excellent and friendly. The restaurant is very clean, nicely decorated, has a great atmosphere, and is family friendly. Aroma Karmiel is highly recommended!

Different from other chains, Burgerim updates its menu frequently with new choices reflecting popular tastes - for instance "Israeli Burger" and "Shawarma Sandwich", but keeping the regular choices.
It also has choices in the meat for your burger including the usual beef, chicken and vegetarian, and also Assado (short rib - flanken), Entrecote (rib eye) and Lamb. Also different sauces are available and fresh vegetables.
I must also, once again, highlight the wonderful hostess (and I believe the franchise holder) of the Karmiel branch - very nice, hospitable and helpful, even when busy arranging business lunches and getting them out for the Delivery person. She is one of the reasons I choose to return here rather than go to one of the many competitors in the area.
