Right in the center of Karditsa, a good taverna with very gentle service.
Tables out in the street, under a tenda. Even if very late in the night (11 pm) we had fresh fishes, grilled and customized as we asked.
Korda (cooked vegetables), Kalamata elies, squid and sardellas.
The wine was acceptable and the dessert, even if out of the menù, magically has been served.
The cost was surprisingly low.
Very pleasent dinner!

The ideal place for a good lunch. We tasted homemade food, big portions and reasonable prices. The kids could walk around and play in the playground it has. The view of the Plastira lake is unique.

This was truly one of the best meals we have ever had in a restaurant. All the dishes were excellent! Of all the places that we have dined in Lake Plastira, this is definitely the best one by far! And also the cheapest one! Well deserving a visit!

Having tasted most of the restaurants in Lake Plastira, I can say that this is the second best. The food was very good. The dishes were a bit different than the ones usually served in restaurants in this area. Great environment with room for non-smokers. Nice decoration and lovely fireplace.

We were 4, went there for lunch. Food is great and service is excellent! It serves mostly (free) seafood (not meat) with the tsipouro as meze, in case seafood isn't your favorite. Fair portions, I recommend it!

we had dinner recently at his restaurant…we ordered shrimp pasta…complete failure…the pasta was over boiled that you could not eat it…so many peppers inside that they destroyed the taste…i believe that is you do not know how to boil the pasta just do not put it in the menu…simple as that…rest of the dishes were just ok…the prices are very cheap…would never visit again...

The place: in the center of Karditsa city, just aside Arni hotel. Nearby to the restaurant is an open market, an archeological Museum, big pedestrian pavement. You can park your car literally in front, when the market is closed there are a lot of free...MoreΣας ευχαριστούμε πολύ. Μας τιμά ιδιαίτερα η προσπάθειά μας να βρίσκει ανταπόκριση στις προτιμήσεις σας. Σας περιμένουμε και πάλι.

whatever we tasted was ok but i was expecting more fantasy and better tastes from a tavern with such reputation…will come again for a second opinion...Please come again but we can ensure you that you will not find any fantasy again ,only real food with the best possible ingredients.

The main dish cost 8 euros! I was with a group of friends, five adults and four kids and our bill, including tip, cost about 100-120 euros.
We had wine (locally made), fish, a zillion side dishes consisting of various cheeses, vegetables (beets etc), salads plus coffee and dessert. Fish was the main dish. This restaurant has its own "fish farm" and grows its own pefstrofa. Everything was delicious.
The restaurant is tucked away in Central Greece and close to Limni Plastira and was one of the best dining experiences of my life. Every single item on the table was fresh and bursting with flavor.
The outdoor dining area is on a large wooden patio over a running stream. You are surrounded by nature.
Most everywhere I go, I check the bathroom. As it was the height of the hot summer and the dining was outdoors, those were the restrooms I used. (I did not enter the main restaurant or check those rooms.) The light did not work in the women's room. The bathroom had the dampness of being outdoors on the river. (Note to self: This is central Greece by Lake Plastira and not Manhattan and the bathroom was fine but "rustic utilitarian." There were toilets and the faucets had running water. Come prepared though!)
