Would you believe that the best donut in KL failed to deliver quality and safe product? Last Thursday, I bought Big Apple Donuts in 1Utama branch. While eating the Chocolic donut, I almost chew an elastic thing, like "chewing gum" to my surprise.... there are two rubber bands inside the donut.. I can't believe that I almost swallow a rubber band because of that Big Apple Donut.. I took a picture as an evidence.
Next morning, I went to the branch to report my experience. I looked for the Manager but then he was not around. I raised the issue to the staffs but they just laugh and eventually got mad because we insisted whom to call and complain about the donut. The staff even "bang" the counter desk in front of us. Finally, I've reached someone where I can raise the experience that I had, I called Nico, and he aplologized for what had happened. Since he was in a holiday trip, he promised to take a look at it once he gets back. They gave me a dozen of donuts that time in exchange of the evidences that I have. I told them that I'll pay for the donuts but I'll keep my proofs. We ended up having the dozen of donuts and keeping my evidences.
Can you please help me where else I can raise this issue to make sure that it will be handled properly and it'll never gonna happen again?
Rubber bands are hazardous to human health and shouldn't be with the foods that we are eating. I wanna make sure that someone must pay for this instance.
Thank you.

We came here for a family dinner, we had been here 1,2 and 3 years ago, keeping quite good dinner memories. This time the interior looked still good as well as the furniture was very well maintained. 5/5. The service wasn't very warm and not very accurate. 3/5. General cleanliness 4/5. The food, special thai fried rice 3/5, scallops (were those really scallops?) 2/5, green asperges (only a few, decorated with some small shrimps), some other vegetables 3/5 etc. Chinese tea, tea bags floating in the glass, 2/5. Compared to last year and the years before to our opinion quite down graded performance of the kitchen and the price is quite high for this region. We will not come back based on this experience.

Last week, I visited this lovely restaurant with my friends during lunch hour before heading to Kuala Lumpur. The location is strategic and easy to find. Located between Jitra and Tanah Merah. The dishes is delicious and the best is this restaurant is rated as the cheapest restaurant in Malaysia. They served more than 50++ type of Malay local dishes. Highly recommended to all tourists especially for those in budget trip.
Thumbs up !!!

This is a Chinese food restaurant serving a limited and common Chinese dishes. The food is tasty for this standard of set up. It is located at Jalan Tunku Abdul Halim, Alor Setar. Nearby locations are the "Cowboy" wet market, ASRC Hotel and the Government Dental Clinic. The price used to be reasonable but now it is not cheap any more. It is considered 'not cheap' by local standard and restaurant of this size. Customers are lesser now in 2017, probably because of the price hike.

A peice or two roti Benggali fried on the hot stove with fried egg plus mayonaze chilly sauce and gravy. Located in front of the Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TnB) office in Jitra, just beside the district Police Station in Jitra Town.

Me and my family went here for late dinner, around 10.30 pm. The restaurant was quite full. We ordered Capati, Nan and Mee Goreng Mamak along with teh tarik, teh ais and teh o. We did not have to wait long to get our food, as within 10 minutes we got our drinks and capati already. Nan was fluffy, dhall curry was tasty. Mee goreng mamak was nice too. This restaurant is separated into 2 sections, aircondition and no aircondition area. It has a small musolla (but it would be nicer if there is 2 separate musolla for men and women) and a well maintain lavatory. Overall cleanliness was ok, but the management has to invest in more effort to ensure the washing hand area is not wet and slippery especially when the restaurant is full house.

My first time to this restaurant but I went with family who have been several times. It was situated down a small narrow road which could be easily missed. If you can't find it , persevere the food is worth it.
Very welcoming staff, lovely location, and beautifully presented with lots of flowers and foliage around the tables. This made the atmosphere seem more intimate, especially so after it was dark when the area was lit up.
We had a lovely catfish and mango salad to mention just two dishes, nicely prepared and presented. The Hawthorn (I think) drink was delicious.
Lovely dinner
