Small restaurant, very cozy, with meat, fish and chicken. all grilled, rich desserts, run by the owners, good prices and excellent food.
Excellent food, nice wine list and attentive service. While the focus seems to be on red meats there are other fine choices. The salad with grilled chicken was excellent, perhaps the best salad in Medellin / Envigado area. The grill vegetables are way better than...MoreThank you for your comment, very important for us, we hope to see you again.

This restaurant is mostly known as a butcher shop and steak restaurant. We bought some nice cuts yesterday, but while there found out they serve breakfast.
There are multiple locations. We went to the one just above San Lucas near the Envigado border
8am Sunday morning we stopped before driving out to the county
They have pancakes made with protein powder.. Best pancakes I've had in Colombia (except for my wife at home). You wouldn't know they were healthy as they are so good. $6
My wife had the steak and eggs. The steak was a generous portion, tasted great. $4.50...highly recommend
One tip. They served the eggs in a hit skillet. Remove the eggs to your plate to avoid overcooking

You can stay here like in at Colombian home, and you can show the art, the colors, the chair, the old articles and the music of the world! The food is soo good, it is colombian food, traditional and it prepared with love! So keep calm and visit us!! Wellcome!!!
This is a cafe boutique. It's placed in a second story where there's nothing similar around, so don't get confused or feel lost because of it. The whole place is amazing. The staff is quite attentive always ready to fulfill your requirements. Good prices, good cocktails, good food not a big menu, but good enough.

Based on the concept of meal sharing, the restaurant allows its clients to try different preparations, its plates, served at the center of the table, are elaborated with excellent quality products: freshly caught fish from the Pacific Ocean; spices from Colombia and Asia; herbs, flowers and organic ingredients, etc. Long cooking times are one of the specialties of the house such as short ribs -12 hours braised- in lemon and chili caramel sauce and pork shank glazed in balsamic and orange with creamy mash potato.
This is a trendy restaurant with good food and excellent staff. Located in an area frequented by "foreigners" - menu therefore designed for the traveller/ tourist palette but also popular with local people.
Some delightful meals for vegetarians and our Columbian friend had beef which he thoroughly enjoyed. Good menu selection makes it possible to spend little or loads but it's all good.
Highly professional servers, we didn't book ahead so waited 30 minutes having drinks at the bar before a table became available.
Recommend this restaurant highly.

Normally I don't like restaurant chains, but il forno is an exception. The menu is large and bound to please anyone in your party. And actually the food is very good. I have tried several locations and they all have the same menu. The ingredients are good, recipes are good, and the prices are great for what they offer. The places are popular with large families, they do special occasions like birthdays , etc.

Argentinian Steak House
Amazing Argentinian steakhouse with quite an extensive menu.
I ordered the beef tenderloin and was surprised at how big of a serving size it was. My partner ordered the T-Bone and also loved it. Cooked perfectly, I have nothing to complain about here.
Service was great as well - Shout out to Ryan our server who helped make the dining experience great.
Food came out quickly which was quite a surprise considering I noticed that most Colombian restaurants take very long in terms of delivering food.
Moderately priced for steak (I'd pay probably double or triple back in North America for what we got) so if you love steak give it a shot!
