We wanted to do something different on this trip to Austria and this fit the bill. We reserved online, but they had to move our reservation to a different day. The management notified us immediately and kindly offered us another time. Our German language skills are limited, and we were the only foreigners dining that night. However, the staff made us feel very welcome and included my husband in part of the dining experience. We truely felt like we were part of the crowd! Many of the patrons went out of their way to befriend us and offer insights into Austrian German speaking ( not a real suprise, I find Austrians to be kind and friendly everywhere we go). We booked the six course meal which was way too much food for two people. The food quality was very good. All in all, this was a very fun night. I would however recommend it to a larger group- there is just too much food for 2! Perhaps the four couse option would have been more appropriate for us. The only con of this evening was the difficulty in finding this place. It is tucked away in a small alley- and there are many small alleys in this city!

A lovely place, a German kind of atmosphere, nice food and great service with their kind staff that will make your stay a great feeling why you're in Innsbruck.

Everything it was perfect, from the antipasti, pasta with frutti di mare offered in a shell, very tasteful fish named rombo , to the dessert-cantucini with Vino di Pater. Italian music. A very cozy place. The owner paid attention to us like we was his guests.

Well situated in Hall next to the main town church for a lovely selection of cakes, chocolates, and coffee. Recommended!

This small Italian restaurant in Hall serves average to above average spaghetti and pizza. Price is very good, wait staff friendly, menu is extensive, and we would eat there again

Situated in the old part of town with incredible character, this small bar is amazing as is its owner Thomas who we talked with over a few drinks. We were amazed with the character and feeling of this town, Hall in Tirol. We have visited many bars and cafes during our 3 weeks in Europe, this is the number 1 we have found. Make sure you make the time to visit.

We had just arrived from Germany and were not only greeted with a great warm welcome, but the food was amazingly fresh and made to order. The kids had a great spinach ravioli, I had the chicken fried in pumpkin seeds and other seasonings, and my husband had the wienerschnietzel. The salads that came with our meals were amazing - so fresh and the dressings very flavorful. Great service too. If you are driving past Innsbruck, you can stop off the highway here and won't be disappointed!

Augustiner Bräu Keller You can expect hearty specialties and Bavarian brewing class here. Which place would be more appropriate for an Augustiner beer, brewed in the oldest brewery in Munich, than the Gothic vaulted cellar and the beer dungeon at the Hotel Goldener Engl?
Old style beer cellar, with a great beer. The Service,a guy from Styria, did a great job and served us quick and friendly. The food was very nice as well. We had soup and Schnitzel all was hot and perfectly cooked. They have a great selection of Schnaps from a local distillery i can recommend. A big plus is you don not have to rush for lunch, because its open at the afternoon as well.

My travel partner and I ate at Trattoria Cimelio on the suggestion of a desk clerk at our hotel and were not disappointed. The outdoor Seating area was well-populated with locals and the owner sat at the tables and visited with many of the guests. Entrees (spaghetti bolognese and rigatoni primavera) were quite good. Pizzas at other tables looked great. The owner's very friendly wife, who spoke a tiny bit of English, even tried to help us with our terrible German! I left with a big smile on my face because of the great food and wonderful environment. A very nice experience for our final night in Hall!
