This has been the first time in many months since traveling where I had a real Italian Pizza. The pizzeria gets its mark by sourcing the best local ingredients, great aged cheese, great salamis and prosciutto and hand-made tomato sauce and dough, the Italian way. The place is managed by it's owner - Italian living in Ecuador, who is also the pizzero.

we stayed a few days in Guaranda and were looking for a place to have snack and a fresh coffee! this place has a nice advertising at the outside, which attracted us. It is only open in the afternoon. we had a great coffee, a tea and a very nice strawberry juice.
we also ate a chicken wrap, some sandwiches and pan cakes. We enjoyed the place because the food and drinks were delicious, and it was also,very clean!!!
The cost of all of this was very little.....

This is a great spot to leave the common arrays of restaurants/cafeterias in the city and submerge into a world of art and poetry. The owners have designed this place with an open patio and also comfortable indoor facilities - decorated with paintings, murals, poetry and books.

the best choice is "almuerzo": a whole meal for around 4$, served quickly. Delicious "sancocho" and fruit juice. Kids enjoyed sandwiches. Nice view over the church and central park.

La casa es linda y tienen un espacio grande abierto de patio y area de conciertos. Está bien para ir a comer un choripan con una cerveza. Quizá fuera de temporada es un poco solitario. La atención muy buena.
