We came without a reservation on a weekday but were greeted with a smile and seated at a nice table.
Service was very friendly and efficient.
The food was delicious. Fish was very very fresh.
The restaurant has a parking, which is very convenient.
We had an excellent dinner and will be back when we are in the neighbourhood again.

Just passing through at lunch time, we stumbled upon this restaurant and were immediately convinced it would be good. The friendly reception, the delightful smell coming from the kitchen, the customers looking happy and chatty. We were not disappointed. Their fish and seafood is delivered...MoreThank you for your comment. See you next time...

This place is very well known in the region, so maybe my high expectations were the cause of my deception. The food was fine, but not as tasty as the fancy names and high prices on the menu suggested. For example, it was the first time in my life that I had truffle with almost no taste. Globally the main problem here was the low value-for-money.

The food was tasty and well presented; the menu has a reasonable, but neither extensive nor very original choice of dishes; the wine list has something for every taste. The total cost for an evening meal reaches easily between 40 and 50 € per person.
The quality of the service was much more disappointing: at no point during the evening were we really made to feel welcome, on the contrary. Even though the place was not full, the waitress was not very forthcoming and she seemed sometimes annoyed when we hesitated while ordering. She was definitely annoyed when we failed to mention that one of the dishes we ordered was the one mentioned on the set menu and not the identically named one in the general menu ... One expects more warmth from the staff in a small and quite expensive restaurant on a not very busy evening !

I have visited this rest a few times already and I must say that they have evolved from a typical brasserie cuisine to something more refined and well dressed on the dish. I like the atmosphere and interior. We had Cheese croquettes with truffle, really nice and then game really nicely dressed with a variety of winter veggies. Congrats I'll be back for sure

This restaurant is in an old farm, now a riding stables. If the weather is nice you can sit outside on a lovely Terrace. I have been several times as it is within walking distance of my home. A nice selection on the menu, including children's menu (huge portions!), with traditional items like steak and pasta as well as some more creative dishes. my meat was slightly overcooked on one visit, but that's my only complaint. Good foood, well prepared, nice location.

Went for a lunch on Sunday as a family.
Once you find the place (that was not easy, as even the entry door is hidden behind the bushes) the Terrace looks fantastic, cosy and well populated with local crowd.
Menu is limited (they call it Suggestions), but an interesting combination of usual Belgian suspects with a cosmopolitan touch (a Burger a la maison).
My wife went for a beef meal (meat quality was not the best, she had to struggle to cut it), I got a fish (bit salty, but a great presentation) and our daughter went for a burger (was so rear, we thought they should call it Americano).
Service was nice, all in including a perfect desert (caffe gourmaine) we managed within 90 minutes. Portions are on a small side, especially given the prices above Brussels level.
Maybe come back, but there are so many great places around...

The name already tells you what kind of resto this is: specialty are the different kinds of beef meat. The service and meal were good, no complaints. No oudoor sitting possible, whichwas a pity on day with +/- 28°C, so relative hot inside.

This is the best Thai restaurant in Wavre. Parking can be tricky to pick up the take away. Food is amazing.
