Have been here a couple of times.There is something for everyone and every dish is well made.They have a cafe and a fine dining side so specify your choice before going.They also have a big terrasse.I took the Brazilian prawn speciality which I loved.The steak tartare was excellent.Small but well thought cheese platter.Solid desserts.
Extensive wine list with some local specialities.
Efficient and friendly service.
You can never go wrong in Gilly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our delicious meal in this beautiful setting. The view over Lake Geneva is marvellous, service is excellent and the food, especially the fish, is delicious. Plenty of parking space, if you want to go there, make sure you reserve a table beforehand, because this place is always crowded.

I had the great pleasure of eating here again this visit to Nyon. I love this place!! Great service and atmosphere - but even better food. The mixed salad; the crayfish and guacamole; the mussels and the perch - all shared with a colleague - one of the best meals I have had in a long long time. So good! Do visit.

Having been there many times, we consider that this is a solid choice in Nyon for lunch, dinner or Saturday branch.
All plates of the-short menu-are interesting and well prepared. Service is effective and friendly and the inside of the restaurant is particularly cosy in winter. The resto is not cheep.
What we like to see is the menu to change more frequently and follow the seasons.

We were two couples and we visited this excellent restaurant for lunch. Although a very popular restaurant the service was nevertheless quick and excellent, and the food was outstanding. It had a great atmosphere helped by the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. We had reserved a table at the top Terrace and, because of its well-deserved popularity, I would recommend that you reserve. Recommended without hesitation.

A fantastic choice of flavours for both icecreams and sorbets. Every season, new creations are added. I think I've tried every one of them and still have a hard time making up my mind which ones to sample! Always end up taking two scoops...
Prices are average, scoops a good size. Service - especially when they know you - is usually very good. However, on a hot summer's day, especially when hords of tourists come off the boat from the nearby lake, there can be quite a queue. Even 5 employees have a hard time serving everybody and may get a little flustered...
For those visiting Rolle, there is a smaller Venezia shop opposite the castle, on the main road.

Rain storm changed our plans, so our host suggested this delightful restaurant in his village. Certainly not disappointed. Warm greeting, table on the Terrace overlooking the vineyard, castle, Lake Geneva and the alps. Local wine was delicious. Amuse bouche whilst we chose from the menu. Plus very good green salad. We all selected the local speciality of Fillets de Perche which were beautifully cooked, the best during my brief 10 days in Switzerland. Would certainly visit again, service, ambiance, food and food all score high.

Such a homely restaurant family run delicious food fresh everyday with a new menu apart from the normal specials set in the midst of a beautiful charming Swiss village.
Simple excellent quality food in a very pretty restaurant had the pleasure of eating outside the service is excellent friendly and attentive.

We recently tried the Auberge Communale de Prangins being regulars at the Union in Crans-près-Céligny (same owners).
We had an excellent meal from starters to desert. It being venison season we had the noisette de chevreuil which was very good.
A bit pricey, but all in all worth it.
Staff are friendly and efficient.
