Since 1998, the restaurant TOSKA has continued to welcome diners into our kitchen for a taste of honey Italian cuisine. Today TOSKA Restaurant continues to combine italian and tradicional, thanks to the enthusiasm Chef Elvira and her team. More than a restaurant,TOSKA is an experience where service and ambiance rivals the flavors of the dishes. Discover our kitchen and get a taste of our magic.
Offset from the busy main road in a quieter neighborhood, we found a warm welcome at the inviting outdoor patio of Toska where the owners invited us to a table and offered great recommendations, great food, and an overall great quick experience as we had...MoreThank you for the support and review:) You are welcome again:)

I needed a good meal and to pay with Visa card. The restaurant in this hotel catered for my needs. The waiters were smart and efficient and spoke good English. There was a good food and drinks menu on offer.

We just needed to stop and have a drink and have a reset, its an average place with average coffee and average service, nothing more to tell. Service was ok and it was what is was, a pit stop.

this upscale restaurant has a lot going for it: location, service, good wines etc. Personally, despite being housed in a beautiful building with great attention paid to details I found the place lacking in ambiance. Food is good, but pricey and not excellent. Service is excellent and personal wishes are accomodated with a smile. The chambre separee is excellent for private business functions. I would recommend this restaurant for business dinners or lunches but not for a night out. Tirana is bursting with atmosphere which you won't really get at Argjendari.

Three of us had chicken-rice casserole of local free-range flock with soft drinks and were immensely satisfied. Spotless kitchen. Ample parking.
The view is spectacular. The Ardenice Monastery, parts of which are not open to the public, are replicated in a perfect miniature in a display within the restaurant. The restaurant itself is so new and space-station-like that it is memorable in itself. Perfect for large gatherings, buses on way from the Monastery, repose before again meeting the challenges of the hairpin mountain roads. Architectural students will feast off of the restaurant building. Unforgettable hospitality at rural Albanian prices.
