The origin of our unique beer diversity and brew culture in the beer culture city goes back to the Jahr1384 - temporarily competed up to 27 Ehinger Breweries for the favor of beer lovers. In Brewpub Schwanen the beer history began in 1697 and will be continued in 1864 in the now fifth generation of the family Miller. Schwanen - we live beer diversity More than 19 different beer types throughout the year sharpening our unique profile and make us one of the variety most Breweries in Germany. As in 2005, also due to "Micha's brewing seminars" our brewery became known beyond the borders of the beer culture city, it was clear that a further milestone had to be set. Dipl. Brewmaster and Beer Sommelier Michael Miller brought the character most "international" craft beers of the best German brewers in our brewery! Now you can be pampered in the Schwanen of 30 beers!
This is an excellent place for dinner with a nice menu and good beer - always useful to have a brewery onsite. The restaurant is right by the hotel which make it easy to head home after dinner. Definitely recommended.Perfect! Thanks for your valuation...

Soweit so gut.
Hatte leider kein Handy dabei, deswegen keine Fotos, sorry.

if you are a construction worker or so and you still wear your dirty clothes and you are hungry and are looking for some beers after work - then this little hut is ok. very simple furniture.
on thursday they serve "Wustsalat"- all you can eat - at very low cost.

We live in a town not far from the Berg Brewery, so have been there quite often in the past, and all before they renovated the restaurant. A few weeks ago, around 12 noon on a Saturday afternoon, we went here for lunch. My husband ordered the "Gänsecurry" (Goose Curry) which was on special for €15,80 and I ordered the "Rostbraten", well done. (Roast with onions). Well, what a shock when our food arrived. The "Gänsecurry" portion was so small that not even a mouse would get sated. There was also quite a lot of goose pieces missing because there were only 5 tiny pieces sitting on our plate. FIVE TINY PIECES! Two of these pieces were mostly sinews, and one was a big fatty skin. So all in all there were only TWO TINY PIECES of goose on our plate, covered in a yellow brew that was supposed to be a curry sauce, which unfortunately they forgot to put the curry in...We spoke to the waitress, and she was very defensive, claiming that it is a normal portion, for the price of €9,00 or so. Eh? So we showed her the actual price on their menu, then she got even more defensive, saying that as we should know, goose is quite expensive. Oh, okay, so this goose laid the golden egg then? They should be ashamed of themselves for daring to serve such meagre portions for such astronomical prices. The "Rostbraten" by the way was as dry as dust, and here too they forgot a slice or two. The waitress did not want to budge and we still had to pay the full price. She promised to inform the cook, ahem...

We went here to have dinner the first of two evenings we spent in this village and were so pleased that we chose the place also the last evening. Nice and efficient staff, pleasant surroundings. The food is outstandingly good, varied menu, delicious flavors, big portions. You do not leave this place hungry!
