I've been to Lizzies twice. It's cosy, it's dark and old fashioned. Both times have been midweek and it has been very quiet. No problems with the service. Same lady served me both times and was really nice. My drink came straight away and the pizza was very good. Because I'm from the UK, I'm always going to moan about the cost, 850 NOK for 2 pizzas and 4 beers!! I could buy a house for that in the UK ;) I've eaten here twice and would have no problems going back for a third.

Skutebrygga is a nice and informal meeting place, where you can meet friends, colleagues, neighbors, friends and strangers. At the same time, we are committed to creating a quality restaurant, both in terms of food, drink and service. Welcome to a great dining experience at Skutebrygga!
Wooden, soft enlightened, ship's atmosphere along the river. A bottle of water from the tub served immediately without asking.
The fish menu is one of the best I could imagine in Scandinavia, with codfish liver and eggs on a slice of codfish perfectly cooked and with no sauce on! Great flavour. This fantastic dish is served twice with the menu, along with small potatoes: enough. But if you wish a dessert, I can recommend the brownies.
Beer? Aass, the local brewery, very tasty.
Wines? A rich list from many countries.
Lisbeth, the girl who served us, nice, friendly and thoughtful.

At Ypsilon Bar & Mat you can experience the delightful smell of coffee, fresh bread, lovely food and drinks - every day. The location is the best: Union Brygge, Drammen's new urbane quarter, right beside the Drammen River.
Loved this place - modern, great food, nice view of the river, trendy without being pretentious & fabulous friendly staff.
All food was freshly cooked - the soup was excellent
Looking forward to eating there again in summer when the weather is warmer & I could sit outside

6 of us went here and had a mix of dishes,- steaks, mackerell, spareribs and more.
A popular place, nice interiors and an outdoor area called Stallgården for smokers and non-smokers.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Norwegian prices,- not more, not less.
Nice music played through the music-system.
WE left fairly early so this place might be much more lively later in the evening.
Would visit again when in Drammen :-)

Authentic Thai food made by trained Thai chefs and served by knowledgable and friendly waiters.
This week I participated in a test tasting of vegan Thai food at Soi Saam restaurant in Drammen. A few times a year the restaurant tries out new dishes and recipes to see what should be on the menu at this Thai authentic restaurant. It was a lovely evening with great tastes and flavours.
We were served massaman curry, som tam thai (papaya salad), tod man (fried corn cakes), nam tok (tofu salad), vegetable wok, tom jued (clear soup), vegan rolls and a mango sorbet for dessert.
Both the food and the service were exqusite - and I guess the result should be that vegan dishes need to find their place on the menu. If you are interested in eating Thai vegan food, you should most certainly visit this restaurant!
