Took a long time before the waiter took our order. Service is a bit sloppy.
We ordered their top seller, binagoongang Crispy Pata but was told they have run out.
Is this a sign of things slipping since the death of the matriarch?
We hope not because this restaurant is an icon in this city. We settled for wild boar grilled. It was delicious but the meat was a bit tough.
Their Bulalo soup was very good and can be well recommended. The sizzling bangus was okey as well.

Due to many customers we weren't accomodated right away. the food quality is good but the sinigang is bland not the asim kilig type. but the other food is really delicious and worth the price. the restroom is very clean and fragrant. the staff is...MoreThank you for the good review. We promise to continue satisfying your needs.

They changed their ambiance, concept of store interior but the old is more homey than today's look. The service was kind of different too. Well previously they serve you the ordered drink.. not today.. the store is very small and they will actually call your name and ask you to get your orders. It could be better if they will ask you to wait standing in front of their counter and get your drinks before you seat.

The 1st visit I had was January 2010. I and my hubby visited this place because it is new and we are intrigue what kind of food they serve. The resto is interesting, there were no customers so we are urge to come and feel what they can offer.
The staff is friendly but seems confused on what we ordered. He actually asked us if it's okay to change our order bec. he technically gave us the wrong food listed on our order list and that pissed me off. My husband whispered "honey that's okay", actually I lost my appetite.
The price are bit expensive, meals were range to 220 up and salad kind is 150up as I recall. The plate is big size and full, literally I can't finish all but I had doggy bag. With the 2 meals, 2 drinks and a salad cost us 800php plus. The food is okay, but not quite amazing. The ambiance is boring, maybe it's the reason why there were no customers.
My 2nd visit was July 2009 with a friend. She invited me to have a snack and stay for a internet session. The staff is friendly and helped us to plugin our laptop. Their wifi net connection is very slow. If you have a business meeting and presentation that requires you to surf and browse, bring your own internet kit so not to ruin your day. After our Todd's burger snack (it's great burger btw.) we moved to another resto with fast wifi connection.
I am not a fan of Todd's but if someone invited me in then I will go.

Open @ 11 am. Service was good. Crispy Hito was a real champion. Price is affordable. Good the aircon was comforting the cool ambiance despite desert hot outside the place.

Pigar-Pigar is Pangasinansee term means “Turning Over” that refers to the process of cooking which requires constant turning over of meat while deep-frying. This is also one of the popular delicacy of Dagupan made of thin slices carabao’s meat seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic, served with vegetables...
If you happen to visit Dagupan City by chance, whether for business or leisure, eating pigar-pigar, or Dagpuan's version of braised/sauteed beef, is a must-try! Of all the food joints located in the city center, Great Taste Fastfood and Pigar-Pigar serves the best of its kind!
The meat is perfectly cooked, and one won't mind the 10-15 minutes preparation time because the end product is something that will make the wait worth it! Above all, the price is reasonable - for just PHP100.00, you will get a complete viand that consists not just beef (1/4 kilos), but also the vegetables such as onions, cabbage, and cauliflower - all sauteed perfectly in the beef's own fat! The only bummer is having to drain the oil off the cooked dish, but I won't mind it at all.
Ambiance-wise, I won't mind if I were to eat beside the street, but their indoor dining area is something that's worth it compared to the other food joints in the area.
I will definitely visit the place again soon, this time with my girlfriend, and will be recommending this to my friends!

The place is nice and convenient, especially for families with kids and other big gatherings.
The reviews lead me to try this restaurant. Servings were generous, and prices competitive. Unfortunately, none of the dishes were done right: grilled fish flooded under some terrible red sauce, tasteless fried chicken rolls, over-salty soup.
The calamansi juice was pretty good though.

We like the native dishes especially pigar-pigar, pinakbet and oyster. Our group of senior citizens and kids enjoyed the view. It just gets kind of hot when you're dining in the huts. If you can order in advance before you call everyone to meal, do so. Also, watch your steps especially the kids and oldies.

In a departure from its usual green motif, this branch of the coffee chain is colored red. I suppose to align itself with the rest of the Metro Plaza complex.
Certainly a place to hang out, if you can brave the "fishy smell" wafting from the public market,
The place is not crowded with a variety of Seating arrangements e.g. high chairs.
The Starbucks coffee quality is a tad below its competitors though.

Located at the ground floor of Lenox Hotel, Cafe Feliz serves great food for lunch or dinner. The Chinese food selection is very good, just be warned that the "small" serving good for 2-3 is on the assumption that it is the only viand you will eat. So one may tend to order too much.
There are other items on the menu like pizza and other American food. The pizza is also good.
Breakfast though is so-so especially the free one for the Stay in Lenox.
Price is above-average but servings are quite generous.
