Elegant dining, live piano nightly, creative , seasonal cuisine and cocktails featuring award winning ,St .Maarten born chef Dino Jagtiani, and award winning bartender Paul Peterson.
We have been going here for 18 years and have never been disappointed. Menu items change but they also keep successful dishes - lamb and filet. We enjoy the piano player and the older couple (owners?) who are the hosts. This restaurant is for that special evening.

For the last 17 years, owner Stephane has welcomed you to the palm groves of the lagoon at Nettle Bay where, watching the sunset over the lagoon, you can enjoy the gastronomic, gourmet cuisine in an idyllic setting. Chef Malory Leroux offers daily specials sourced from the market's daily offerings, without forgetting the signature dishes: foie gras in truffle oil, lobster raviolis, Wild French sera bass. Mathieu Maini, the pastry chef, is constantly searching for new creations, such as the already famous strawberry macaroon. La Cigale brings a touch of delicacy which rounds off your meal with finesse. The wine menu, without doubt one of the richest on the island, will undoubtedly seduce you. If Reservations are encouraged, it is because this corner of paradise, very busy during the season, is the ideal spot for a romantic dinner. (gift certificate - honey moon - weddings - Private Diner)
This little gem sits right on the beach.. it looks like it's behind an apartment building but don't let it fool you! Our waiter was very friendly and a delight! Everything I ordered was fresh and just listening to the water put me at peace.. the macaroon I had for dessert replicated Paris! If you have the chance to come to Saint Maartin make it a priority to eat here!

Ernest & Fidel is a Cuban themed Cafe, However, our cuisine is LATIN AMERICAN serving the most typical dishes from Chile, Colombia, Peru, Cuba, Mexico and Puerto Rico.
My wife and I shared and loved the tuna ceviche while my brother-in-law savored his bacon-wrapped shrimp. They each had the Shrimp Fajitas which were absolutely delicious! My entree was the Churrasco steak which was done to perfection and came with the most amazing Yucca fries I've ever tasted.
It's a lovely setting overlooking the Porto Cupecoy marina and piazza. Some nights it's quiet and intimate while other times they have terrific live music.

On the edge of the MarinaFine restaurant, traditonal French kitchen, specials every night Lunch and Dinner Open every day except Tuesday From 10 AM to 10 PM Live music every week
Service was excellent! The desire to please quite evident. The serving sizes were generous, but the meals were disappointing. The steak was okay, but was served with greasy hash brown potatoes... not acceptable for a $48 plate. The duck breast was tender, but not outstanding. Neither meal included vegetables.
The staff wanted our feedback. Even the chef came out to chat with us. We wanted to be helpful without being unkind. We wish them well, but wouldn't recommend... certainly at those prices.

After Huricane Irma (Sep 6 2017) the Terrace was destroyed, but a new and stronger place is in the make and almost ready. What a great place, real mediteranian food and very hospitable host. Wishing them all the best with the newly build Terrace and keep up the good work, and the great menu.

The Rendezvous Lounge is one of our favorite spots and no trip to the island is complete without at least one visit. Having both inside and outside Seating, the service is excellent and very friendly. The menu is varied with pastas, salads, burgers, soups, pizzas and seafood and other items. The portions are just the right size and the food is always delicious. The desserts should not be missed, especially the profiteroles. Lots of gelato flavors are also available. Very casual and highly recommended.

Our little Caribbean style restaurant has so much to offer: Laid back ambiance, great service, but the most important, delicious home cooked meals that will make you come back for more again and again. Like us on Facebook and be part of our community!
It was so nice to find this restaurant, after what seemed like an endless array of mediocre food and service issues during our visit, The Palms made up for it! The hosts are amazing, very cordial, made you feel so welcome, their little restaurant is a must stop for those looking for great food and service. We have eaten there twice during our stay and both visits were great!

We’re relative regulars in Simpson Bay area (well, at least meaning annual trips for 10+ years). Always meant to visit little J based on good reviews, but didn’t get around to it until tonight. I’m giving it “awesome”rating because the food is just incredible. Amy steered us to the first timers option of shared selection plate, plus bottle of wine. Best priced deal on the island, and so yummy that I’ll be thinking about this meal for a week to come. To be honest the dining area is lacking on ambience, but best deal and taste in town means that I’ll overlook space. Going back here before I leave town!!

The Cafe Is Open For The Season
Highly recommended by friends we decided to give it a try. Food was excellent with large portions but pricey. We had Dover sole, Red Snapper, beef Carpaccio and a huge garden salad.
Location was perfect on covered outdoor patio overlooking the Caribbean with passing cruise ships and planes ✈️ landing and taking off from the nearby airport

Went to dinner last evening only to find our restaurant by the casino in cupecoy no longer in business. Next to the closed restaurant were two restaurants that we never heard of. After several looks at each menu we chose The Delight Bistro and had one of the most memorable meals in a very long time. Delicious!
I ordered the clams in a white wine and cream sauce. My wife ordered the onion soup. The clams we're perfect size 1-1 1/2 in. In a light perfectly seasoned sauce. Unfortunately for me we agreed to share our appetizers because the clams were just too remarkable. While the onion soup had a wonderful taste and consistency it was all about the sweet clams. (Hard to write this without salivating.) (really not wanting to oversell but they were that good.)
We both ordered the same entree the veal stew which had a delightful taste. However the veal was a tad tough what should have been able to be cut with a fork, required a sharp knife. It was however delicious. We were too full to have dessert by the time we were done (the gratis olive bread spirals, hot rolls, cold carrot soup in a small glass, the passion fruit after dinner cordial all added to a wonderful dining experience.)
Strongly suggest eating here at the beginning of your vacation because like us you will be planning another visit before the end of your vacation.
