A little hidden in a town thats seen far better days! Impressive decor and very comfortable and classy ambiance. Bread nibbles and dips served before dinner are beautiful. Staff friendly with good English. Menu maybe a little limited.. no chicken or fish fillets but otherwise not bad. Visited twice over a weeks' holiday. Steak was ok, a little tough and side spinach was awful. Bruschetta starters were beautiful both nights! Very good pizzas if you add your own choice of ingredients and risotto on the second night was beautiful! Great white wine also. All in all, a nice place, was impressed as the choice of decent restaurants in the area is limited so we were very happy to discover Napoli!

This was our 3rd year visiting- the food and service was excellent as always but the toilets were disgusting - in the past they were clean well looked after and smelt of bleach - this time ugh ! So horrible such a shame as I have been raving about this beach and it's amenities but now it's been spoilt by the toilets !

I visited La Bombonera every day from 30 Jul to 27 Aug 2016. I was staying nearby and was looking for a gourmet style cafe for a relaxing drink of herbal tea, and high quality pastries and cakes to refresh myself before heading out for...MoreDear Jonathan, Thank you very much for your comments and for taking the time to share your experience at La Bombonera! We really appreciate your feedback. We hope to see you again next summer! Margarida Duarte

The beach here is really nice with waves and nice sand. It is never to crowded, as it is a bit far away. The bar is nice, but the food could be better.

I visited on a cold and rainy day. It felt very good and cosy inside. The food is ok, not amazing. However, it's a good place to have a quick snack.

The food was ok but what really made it was the service. The waiters are hilarious and there is a lovely atmosphere. Well worth a visit if you're nearby

It is a great option for a hot summer day. You seat almost on the sand of the beach! The food was good, but I think the hambuger was a little bit small. The service had been a little slow, maybe because the restaurant was crowded, but they were very friendly.

It was cheap, and the quality as well. I had a steak, which was very gooey and i got a butter knife, it was painful to cut it. As a garnish you get rice and fries as well, but thats all. It was packed mostly with tourist, but it's not a big place to be filled. I worked in gastronomy, so the server really annoyed me, trying to look extra busy and running around the place managing 5 tables in a really small place. It was a show for tourist, running like a maniac two steps to the table, throwing the mineral to the table then running back to do nothing, jut look busy.
I have to say the dessert was really nice, cooked custard with caramel and biscuit, but it was also annoying, that we had no choice, we had to take a dessert and time was given us to decide.
I won"t go back to this restaurant.

just a small fast food restaurant with remarkable burgers, fries and COLD coke.
its affordable the service was pretty fast but be aware that your number is called in Portuguese, but the ladies in the bar as try to make eye-contact, if it's your turn.
cons:
we managed to run into some homeless guy standing beside us waiting for some change for minutes that part was uncomfortable in a diner...
