Today Casablanca is a large, modern city, but the former French colonial post still allows myriad movie moments for those who want to revisit love in the medina and Old City. Casa (as locals call it) isn’t too touristy, but it’s the most cosmopolitan and Western-feeling city in Morocco. Visit The King Hassan II Mosque and Casa's Medina.

Excellent espadon carpaccio and fantastic sweetbread with cèpe, Épicuria Chardonnay expensive but so good! Pleasant cozy atmosphere , sometimes noisy , depends of customers. But never been disappointed. Perfect also for business diner or romantic diner , reservation recommended open 7/7

Wow! This place totally lives up to its reputation. I enjoyed every bit of my experience here (except the smoking at the next table, but it's Morocco (and I was outdoors), so what can you do?). The setting is lovely, with tables on the Terrace and in the courtyard below, as well as inside. The waiters don't speak much English, but the owner/chef does and he comes over to every table to discuss the menu. He takes time to figure out what you like and don't like and what you're in the mood for and then to make suggestions, but he isn't insulted when you say something isn't for you. Then he comes back a couple of time to make sure everything is to your liking (but not in an intrusive or stay-too-long way). So many things sounded delicious, I had a hard time choosing, but eventually went for a fish carpaccio appetizer and a duck main course. Both were delicious and the duck was cooked perfectly. Even the bread they put out was among my favorite in Morocco, and you get a LOT of bread in Morocco. Although I'm usually a chocoholic, I chose the caramel souffle for dessert without even looking at the rest of the options, given the rave reviews about it. I was not disappointed. Although it is HUGE and I couldn't finish. While this is definitely a pricey restaurant by Moroccan standards, as a New Yorker I found it an excellent value. I had a glass of French wine, a fish appetizer, duck main course and dessert for less than $70 US including tip.

The Riad is a traditional Moroccan restaurant in the heart of central Casablanca. You will discover Morocco through its fine cuisine and stunning design. It has been re-opened by April,7th,2014 with either a new management and a new chef. Meals are served none stop during our opening hours.
Really friendly owner, lovely starter which we shared between two of us and then we had the Tagine with beef, prunes and almonds, great taste. We were both full up and couldn't face a dessert. Nice restaurant, typical Moroccan which is what we wanted

One of the best restaurants in Casablanca. Elegant atmosphere and service provided by Jean-Luc and his crew. Great attention to every detail and high level
French cuisine for fair prices. Fish is recommended because it's divine, but every dish here is worth trying. I will come whenever I am in Casablanca.

Visited just on a quick chance.. Wonderful evening with friends and a Morrocan Cabernet President. The staff is superb..very gracious and understanding. Very accommodating with our broken French and our English. Fresh food and fine wine.

Lebanese set meal was very disappointing. The cold mezze were decent but average. Hot mezze were tasteless. The seasoning was wrong. The selection was very limited but quantity was too much. Service was below average. Careless, not attentive and too familiar. Altogether very disappointed when we were looking forward to a fine diner. If you are looking for Lebanese food and refined service stay away.

We were brought here by our tour guide, and realized that almost all their customers are tourists brought in by tour guides. The Moroccan salad was below average, the chicken tagine was decent. Some people came in playing instruments and it was incredibly loud.

The location is not on a main road so you need to know where to look for.
The search is definitely worth it.
Complimentary pickles on all the tables.
Very cool ambience with rustic touch.
The staff is super friendly.
Food is, no need to say, amazing.
I tried the ramen burger and it was prepared to perfection, with the crunchy noodles bun and medium cooked beef (very juicy).
The only thing I didn't really enjoy were the fries (very commercial) but all the rest was fantastic. Will return in our next trip.

The Sofitel Casablanca Tour Blanche cuisine is inspired by an art of living combining pleasure, conviviality and gastronomy. The > declines the great classics from French traditional Breweries, throughout the day. The chef offers his mid-day & evening slate, all punctuated by breakfast and a gourmet tea.
We dined at Brasserie La Tour. The interior of this restaurant , like the hotel, is absolutely beautiful. The food we had here was delicious with mouth watering tastes and flavours. Everything was seasoned perfectly to ensure natural and authentic flavours. The ingredients used were of the highest quality, and the aromas were so fresh and beautiful you almost felt there was a lovely, beautiful Arabian breeze was in the air. The service was good with nice waiting staff. Overall this was a nice dining experience in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
