Very large outside area cleverly split into sections with no more than 8 tables in each. Perfect for a sunny evening. Very good service with a smile, quick and efficient. We had mashed eggplant to share as a starter, chicken with gorgonzola sauce and a chicken salad with a side of chips, followed by lemon tart and a cappucino - and to drink a lemonade, a draught beer and a glass of nice red wine. Total cost 97 lei. Very good value for nice food in relaxed atmosphere.

A nice restaurant, intimate, the specialties are prepared in front of you. A taste very good at all cook! Shaorma or pizza are very tasty. A place where you can go out and with children, very excited about pizza - house specialty with chicken! Excellent. Friendly staff, a place to come back with pleasure, for a quick snack!

The location is very good, right in the very center of the city, it's a big green mansion (as it's name suggests), very nicely decorated from the exterior. It's not that there is anything wrong with this place, but it fellt so...average. Given the location and exterior looks, i would've expected something really special both in terms of menu, interior decorations and personnel. Unfortunately that's not the case, which is really a shame. They could've made something special here, instead they went for "this is just good enough". The menu consists mainly of the items you'll find at most restaurants in Romania (romanian dishes, some international cuisine) but nothing to stand out...at least that was my impression. The selection was so average, that i decided not to have anything to eat, so i can't really say anything about the food quality/quantity. The interior is very generic aswell, the ground floor had a generic tile floor, no hardwood, no rugs, nothing, a few mirrors and paintings on the wall, that's it. The upper floor on the other hand is really dominated by wood, but nothing to make you go "wow", feels like they overcompensated for the lack of wood downstairs. Disappointing...!
Personnel was OK, nice and friendly, but they didn't excell in taking care of the guests...maybe they were understaffed or something.
To sum it up, it's a nice place, but the nice and impressive exterior would suggest a place which a much higher level of style and attention to details. Unfortunately it's not. Kind of leaves the impression that they really tried hard to keep it as average as possible and not do anything to make this place any better than others.

If you want to serve a special food quality and taste, it is a quiet and cool for hot days. I highly recommend summer menu: easy, especially fresh.

As the title indicates, this is possibly one of the slowest preparation and serving of food I have ever experienced. Even though we (4 persons) ordered dishes which were quite similar and seemingly easy to prepare, it took approximately 1 hour before it arrived. The long wait could have been happily forgotten if the food had been delicious, which it was not. The meat was dry, the biff stroganoff sour and unappetizing and on top of that one of the orders got mixed. That might be related to the fact that the waitress did not speak English and had problems understanding simple words such as “water” and “bill”. It might be us reverting to conspiracies, but our distinct impression was that they delayed the food on purpose in hope that we would buy more drinks, as we were asked several times if we wanted more to drink and a man looking suspiciously like the cook was relaxing outside the restaurant for a long time. When we left there were mostly empty tables expect for 2 or 3, which after our dinner is not surprisingly at all.

Really nice place for brunch and lunch. We made a short stop for lunch and it was a great selection. The menu is quite diverse, both local and Italian cuisine. The paste was very nice (the pene with spinach, nuts and mushrooms are awesome) and they have an oven baked local pie witch comes hot and it's really good. The service was very nice and the place is pleasant as well.

Rapsodia has a very nice garden, and the lampost design with white globes and lots of plants makes it feel positively romantic. We had grilled trout with garlic sauce and Dorade with capers and lemon - both excellent. The simple aragula and cherry tomato salad was so good that we ordered another one. The tira misu and panacotta were very excellent. The sauvignon blanc (starts with a C, 45 lei a bottle, so not overpriced) was eminently drinkable. Friendly service with a smile by young waitresses.
