After not very good experience in other, visually similar restaurant nearby, we tried another one, rounded by stone walls and plaesant court hidden from the sun. Our waiter was there in a minute, ready to take our orders, speaking english with us. 5* for the meals, personally I recommend the cold tomato soup and the lasagne casa veccia. Only reason why I don't rate with full 5* is the looong time we waited for the bill...but apparently it's the thing we need to get used to in Biograd. Really, go there for the dinner!

Familiy restaurant - cocktail bar
Restaurant just at side of beach. Looks pretty at night with the lighting. Tables are outside.
Had smoked salmon, fish soup, local fish all of it very nice.
It was a little pricey for Croatia at around £45 per person including a bottle of wine and a few beers but good value in comparison to U.K.
Waiter service was good

I'm coming to this restaurant for over 10 years and until this year the food was always delicious and tasteful.
I always order fish plate for 2 and according to previous years there was no shrimps and the rest of the plate was without salt and spices.
The stuff were not professional but that's not strange according to fact that it's a family restaurant. They are always kind and with smile on their faces so I always feel comfortable.
I hope that they will improve their professional skills a little bit and bring back the food quality as it was.

We had such a pleasant dinner here during our one-week staying in Biograd. The restaurant is in the old town and has an inside area but we decided to sat on the Terrace which had a romantic atmosphere. The staff was extremely kind and helpful - we were absolutely satisfied with the service.
I had a tuna steak which was pretty much the best tuna steak I've ever had in my entire life. It wasn't dry but juicy and had a slight hint of smoky taste because of the grill. It was a big portion and came with a small side dish (potato, chard and garlic).
My sister had a shrimp risotto which was quite packed with shrimp and a few mussels also. My mother had the shrimp spaghetti which was also packed with delicious shrimps and on the top there was a big prawn also. :)
The price range is a little bit lower than the restaurants directly at the port area. My tuna steak was (if I remember correctly) 90 kunas, the shrimp risotto and spaghetti around 60-70 kunas, 1l mineral water 20 kunas (same price at almost every restaurant).
Our overall experience was great, we had a great time and nice meals here. Absolutely recommended place!

I had dinner here with business friends. The owner of this restaurant has his own Fisher boat. All meat and fish is prepared on a open fire grill. Our very fresh tuna steak was really great. It was off season but this restaurant was completely full with locals.

Bistro Europa is restaurant in Biograd na Moru, Croatia. We got meat, fish, pasta, risotto, pizza, sea shells, soup and ect. Come and enjoy our food, charming atmosphere and sea view
When we visited this restaurant for the first time we had platter for two. It was really delicious but overpriced (it was our first day in Croatia so we didnt know the prices well). But I understand why - it is tourist restaurant, perfect location... Anyway we decided to visit this restaurant again. We had pizza and pasta frutti di mare. It wasnt bad but nothing special. So if you are interested in italian food visit other restaurant. If you like fishes visit this one.
