When you visit this place for the first time, you fail to understand WHY its sooo crowded! Well, when you take your seat, order, taste.... you are sold! :)
Its also amazing that they serve the loads of people very efficiently!
On my second visit, I though I am not hungry & will have just 1 Roti. I had another Roti & Lassi too!
Great value for money... but the catch is you DO satisfy your buds

Stopped here while coming to Gurgaon from Jaipur...
Pros:
1) Ample parking
2) Quick service
3) Reasonably priced
4) Better than average quality of food, decent portions
5) washrooms available, though could be cleaner
Improvement areas:
1) Quality of food can be improved
2) Please wash the plates and spoons more effectively...we had to get the plates changed as they were stained.

Had stopped here on my way to Delhi while coming back from Jaipur. This place is very reasonably priced. They actually have only one menu card which has all the different foods that they have for the different time of the day.
So while looking at it each dish seemed to be cheap and we very sceptical that if that's cheap then either the taste or quantity of the food will not be good. So we ordered a bit extra but we were wrong about them. The food was very good especially the stuffed Naans and Pineapple Raita but the star of the day for me was Daal Makhani. Service was very good it took them around 10-15 minutes and everything we ordered was placed on our table and must I say we ordered in a very large quantity.
I would definitely recommend the place.

It was really fantastic experience. The food and services are amazing. They had variety of cuisines like Chinese, continental, indian etc.
The food offered in buffet on Fridays Saturday and Sunday is amazing as they offer a variety .A la carte is also available and the dishes are mouthwatering.

The food taste is average. Service takes an unusually long time as compared to other similar outlets in the area.They could consider self-service like Haldiram or Bikanerwala. The staff needs some more training like not talking loudly amongst themselves.
Compared to their eating section, the take-away bakery section is nice with soft spoken staff. They are qute efficient
