Sea view beach resort owns and manages Netrani Adventures who provide adventure sports like snorkelling, kayaking etc., My friend and myself booked platinum package for 03 April, 2015.We paid 50% of the amount as advance for platinum package booking. On arrival around 6:00 AM in the morning, we informed the receptionist guy about our platinum package booking, he checked with owner and said booking is not applicable as it is season, then we called manager - Ganesh and he arranged AC room on twin sharing basis.By the time we settled down in room it was 7:30 AM and because of this we missed Dolphin boat ride as we have to go between 6:00 to 7:00 AM to see dolphins as they come at that time to eat fish while fishermen are taking back the nets.We did snorkelling, kayaking and pegion island stay. Guide took photos and videos of our snorkeling and kayaking. While leaving to Bangalore on same day, manager - Ganesh asked us to leave our email ids to send the photos and videos of snorkeling. From last one week, I have been doing follow ups with manager - Ganesh and guide - Punith, they are so negligent that they are not picking our call and not even replying in whatsapp. I feel very disappointed and cheated.

The hotel is a very moderate one without any glamour. The Hotel is moderately clean. The Food is excellent & prices are very reasonable. Both Vegetarian & Non vegetarian food is very good.Good for travellers using Mangalore to Goa Highway which runs along the West coast. We tried Fried Prawns & a couple of Chicken dishes. We also tried out a few Vegetarian dishes.

We had North as well as south indian delicacy, which was excellent. Try their masala dosa, poori alu bhaji, set dosa, are really excellent.
You will get variety of hangyo ice creams too.
Good friendly staff. Quick service.

The Olive Restaurant Bhatkal is an elegant, fine dining restaurant - Welcoming you with luxurious interior and serving exquisite dishes inspired by India's rich culinary culture mix with Arabic and fusion cuisine and today's taste trends. we pride ourselves in creating authentic masterpieces with the finest spices and freshest ingredients. We promise you an unforgettable dining experience.
We had dinner here as part of our stay in the royal oak hotel. The staff was courteous and the turnaround time of serving was appreciative. The food that we ordered was a little spicy and the quantity served was decent for two and filling. However the biryani was on the sweeter side, maybe the cusine is meant to be like tat in these parts.
To sum it up, its a decent hotel to dine.
