Benicàssim (Valencian pronunciation: [beniˈkasim], Spanish: Benicasim, Arabic: بنو قاسم according to numismatic findings) is a municipality and beach resort located in the province of Castelló, on the Costa del Azahar in Spain. The Desert de les Palmes mountain range further inland shelters the town from the north wind. The name is derived from the Banu Qasim tribe, a segment of the Kutama Berbers that settled the area during the 8th century Moorish conquest of Spain.

This is the first time we have had lunch here and it was very good. We had a three course meal sitting outside admiring the fabulous views down to the coast. Service is excellent. After eating all that food we were brought a complimentary glass of local wine made by the nuns. All very nice.

Well ... after a lot of disappointments, this restaurant came at our rescue :)
Wonderful authentic spanish food (you'll find only Spanish people eating there) lost in the middle of Benicasim, the service was very friendly, efficient, and the atmosphere was great.
All of that at a very, very inexpensive price ...
Just go there.

But that is about all the good I can say. Though we made a reservation they seemed unhappy to see us, and the service was indifferent all evening. The fried fish was more bones than fish, the salad unexceptional. The cerveza was cold.

We used to go to Benicassim a lot during our holidays and we always have lunch in this restaurant. Amazing food, they have a 3 course menu with 3 choices of each. Home made food top quality, plus every day complete different choices. Best paella I've ever eat in Spain ... Thursdays and Sundays is packed because of that but you can pre order it any day of the week. ... A must go.

Was recommended to visit the Voramar by quite a few friends. A great place to relax, eat some food, have a drink and soak up the sun. The view from the Terrace was spectacular. ??We appreciate your opinion of our restaurant. We like to cook for you.

After Reading the reviews on TA, which I must say has never let us down before, well this place did! It was my birthday and decided to go somewhere nice for a Paella and chose here! We were so excited and looking forward to it. Ordered a Shellfish paella, when it arrived you had to search through the rice for the odd mussell, small bit of squid or the odd prawn! It was also overcooked and stuck to the dish which created a burnt taste. The worst thing of all it was so over salted from the first taste, it was hard to eat. Would not recommend this place at all. Next time we will take pot luck at the little old mans place down the road.

Service was quick if a little difficult to order due to lost in translation . Food was ok, beer not very pleasant. Staff friendly but not enough on considering FIB weekend. Ok but wouldn't go back.

We visited on the basis of the TripAdvisor reviews. Unfortunately we got off to a bad start as we arrived at the advertised opening time of 19:30 only to be told they wouldn't be ready for an hour.
Nevertheless, we returned and enjoyed a very good meal. However, compared with other nearby establishments, prices were very high. Service was OK.
On balance, a worthwhile experience but, because of the cost, not one I would repeat.

Taken here for lunch by friends today a very busy family day, a restaurant packed with locals was a great sign and we were not disappointed. Fantastic service from the start and absolutely gorgeous fare. The selection of seafood, ham and cheese starters hit the spot and between 6 adults and 2 children we enjoyed paella, muscles, tempura cod, and a memorable steak. Lovely food great company - you won't find better.
