Manoj sweets is one of the oldest and trusted name for sweets in Bathinda. The signature sweet of Bathinda 'Juile' is the best item they have along with a wide variety of sweetmeat.

To start with Sagar Ratna Chain is famous for its 'authentic' South Indian food. Unfortunatey, the Bathinda Franchise is anything but authentic. Having tasted food in hundreds of South Indian restaurants all over the country including the real South, I can say the restaurant needs to pull up its socks and improve the taste of the South Indian dishes. To be precise, 'Sambhar' Tastes 'dead' as the chef seemingly believes just mixing and boiling the ingredients they get from Tamil Nadu by parcel would be enough to make good Sambhar. The Dosa though looks like Dosa but tastes like any Dosa like thing served in run of the mill eateries in the North that doesn't understand that the South Indian cuisine involves preparation of fresh ground masalas even before preparing the dishes themselves. The chutnies too lack authenticity. For example, Cocunut chutney has coconut oil(?) added to it alongwith coconut to enhance flavour but no real Southie chef would attempt this short cut. Management needs to improve the eating experience.

There's only one down side, the location is close to the heart of old Bathinda, so a bit obscure, and almost no parking available around.
The food is very good, especially Dal Makhani. They offer a variety of stuffed paranthas, but only in the mornings. At other times only 2-3 common ones are available. The sitting facility is fine as after recent renovation they have covered the dining areas and put ACs.

A Best Dinning place in Bathinda. Dinning capacity of 50 person. In terms of cuisine - Indian, Continental, Chinese, Thai, Mongolian, Italian and Mexican are serve here with authentic taste. Packing facility also provided to our respective guests to enjoy our delicious food at their homes.
I had been staying in this hotel for a 4 day official trip to bhatinda.
Had been having Breakfast and dinner at this restaurant. AS for the breakfast there was not many options and I found almost the same menu getting repeated every day. WE used to have dinner here in the evenings on Ala Carte and tell you flocks the food is just superb. I had tried some of the vegetarian dishes especially paneer ones which was sooo tasty. Dal Makhani was so yummy even now my mouth is watering. tried some Non veg items also like chicken and no wonder you will find the restaurant crowded in teh evenings to late evenings. Kudos to the chef n team for giving a great time. will repeat for sure teh hotel and Masla Craft.,

You may find rolls in many places but this very small place is very unique. Their any role is a special than what you will get in the market. But you have to wait and be in queue to have your turn, The place only opens in the evening and get closed very fast since the things goes out of stock immediately as it opens. The double egg role is speciality of the place. Do Try..it's really best.

If you are looking for best food in City @ reasonable price the way goes to " PLATTERS". My all time favourite in city. I started my city life with this restaurant and had my last lunch before leaving in this restaurant. I must have visited the site many times but none of the time I have been disappointed by the food out there. You may order anything will get best and in case you don't like the food they are always ready to replace immediately. I have seen owner putting lot of effort and hard work in making the standard and quality of food out there. Very recently they celebrated food festival, I had best Pindi Channa ever during that time. Kudos to Platter and keep making us smiling guys..

Arrived by accident when I could not find the restaurant I wanted to visit.
Ordered Pizza, Cake, Shake. All were good without being spectacular (Pizza base and ingredients good, top undercooked).
The place looks really clean and inviting.
I accept I do not know the town well, perhaps the coffee-craze has yet to hit...in Europe you would likely add an Espresso machine, some low sofas and widen the market to include the coffee-and-cake market.

The Yellow Chilly is a franchise of the famous Master Chef Sanjeev Kapoor's chain of restaurants. True to the brand value, the ambience of the place is cool and soothing with a neat layout of tables of all sizes, looks little congested though. The Menu is impressive with a wide range of Veg and Non Veg dishes. We were a family of four and ordered only veg dishes. The table layout was impeccable and the conduct of the well trained waiters was a pleasant surprise as one doesn't find such a courteous and well groomed personnel. The ordered fare reached sooner than 20 minutes and the aroma was awesome. The garnishing of each dish was done artfully and the steward served the dishes with utmost professionalism and pleasing manners. The raison d'être, the taste of each dish was great and distinct. We were further surprised by the fact that a free membership card they issued before billing entitled us to a 20% discount too. In all an unexpected fine dining experience in the small town of Bathinda
