The location and the views were stunning from the hilltop where the mill is located.
Had lunch outside and enjoyed the friendly staff, good food and overseeing Paris city centre.
The owners showed us the old carrousel which is inside and even organised a ride. This was a unexpected extra customer service.

Le Restaurant Le Chefson vous propose une cuisine du terroir raffinée et revisitée aux saveurs innovantes, franches et généreuses.
Really good restaurant. Perfect service, great welcoming and superb dining room.
Went there last week with a couple of friends that recommended us the place and we were not disappointed at all.
Prices are more than correct for what they offer. I wonder how much would we pay for this restaurant if it was in Paris... maybe 50/60 euros? Took a menu for like 34 euros that had.
-Starter: Foie gras with salad that was super fresh
-Main: Canette that was just superb. Really tender and perfect cooked.
-Dessert. Dont even remember the name but its the only reason why i cannot give 5 stars (give them 4 @googlemaps and 5 here so it makes it 4,5) to this place, because i just didnt enjoy it. I think they shall offer something like a cheesecake or a brownie to be perfect
We had a small prob with the wine but the waiter quickly gave us another bottle.
I ll probably come back

Great atmosphere, amazing food, and truly outstanding Indian dishes. Will be a returning customer every year when I visit France. Recommend this place for everyone, whether you're going as friends or family.

Quite nice and tasty pizzas. Maybe not the less expensive ones of the neighbourhood but they are quality. Still not Italian or neither American, but they are good.
Had two diff ones with a friend last saturday and we could not finish both big pizzas.
Recommend it.

I ended up here with colleagues for dinner.
After having had dinner in the city of Paris the nights before, I didn't have specific expectations.
However the food I had here was better than in the more trendy restaurants in the city.
The choice is limited, which is logic because it is all freshly prepared, lots of organic ingredients.
I went for a refreshing asparagus cappuccino with langoustine cream for the starter.
Never had eaten anything like this before, delicious.
I choose a traditional beef tartar with green leaves salad as main course: also very fresh, well seasoned, because it was served with salad instead of traditional fries it wasn't heavy at all.
All in all happy to have enjoyed dinner here.

Comfortable, warm and a nice atmosphere with a pleasant and friendly waiter (who did have a slight body odour problem). The food was average Moroccan, couscous, tagine - the usual. Quite expensive for what is basically, quite basic food.

Most phenomenal view on Paris, Family business & traditional cuisine since 1880
This restaurant with its windmill has a great history itself and if you can tear your eyes away from the amazing view of Paris it really is a great building.
The only slight criticism is the 80's style decor, which with some new seat covers and napkins could easily be remedied.
The service and food was excellent. We went on a Thursday evening and had the €45 menu. Kir Royale, a choice of approx 5 starters, then fish or meat (again 4 or five choices on each) and then dessert and coffee. The wine menu was also good with prices ranging from €20 - €50 a bottle.
Everyone enjoyed their meals and it was delicious. i had the avocado with crab and flaky pastry. Just the right size dish and flavours so clear it was a delight. I followed with the rabbit and again as the dish was served it smelled fantastic, personally I would have preferred it a little less pink, but it was good. My colleague asked for his steak well done, which was declined, but he was more than happy when it was served, with a hint of pinkness, but no blood.
Dessert I had puff pastry with apricots and apricot ice cream. All whilst seeing the lights come on over the city.
At the weekends they have two sittings at 7.30 and 9.30, with a slightly restricted menu.
Certainly worth going off the beaten track to eat at this gem of a place.

Le bistro de Paris est une institution locale reprise depuis Septembre 2017 par Norbert Tarayre. Au programme une carte généreuse renouvelée toutes les 4 semaines.
Wonderful full on unpretentious bistro cuisine for the adults and great child friendly meals appropriately priced. For the former do try the wonderful lamb, the swordfish steaks , the tartare. Take the family...relax !
