The quality of the innovative food and the service are impeccable and yet friendly and thoughtful. The set menu is well worth having and changes weekly always offering a selection of 2 dishes too select from whether for the appetizer, main dish, cheese course and dessert. The appetizer selection was between a lovely oyster and foie gras dish and another with smoked salmon. The quality and freshness of the food is always superb.

Visited the restaurant and was mindset to eat "Formule". Food was nicely prepared, spicy gaspacho and shrimp pannecotta also interesting spicy. Main courses quite standard steak+frites and a veal dish with rice. Interior chic and modern design with a friendly service-minded staff.
Absolutely worth the visit for further exploration of the menus.
Not that easy to find parking places on the roadside though.

I thought we had left it too late but on our last day we stuck around shopping and decided to have an early light lunch.
Great place in the market, full of typically French men having their daily debate.
Very good laid back ambience. Friendly jovial staff.
We had a couple if glasses if Tariquet white wine with a free "tapas" similar to English pork pie but halfway between pate and pork.
We then had an "assiette des fromages", which though not huge packed nice flavours. With another glass of wine between us it all came to 18 euros. After our experience if Arcachon prices either he got it wrong or it was a genuine bargain.
Thoroughly enjoyed it.

The " Oyster bar " of the Market of Arcachon welcomes you all year long. The Oyster Bar proposes the apéritive tasting of Olivier LABAN, oyster farmer, producer and breeder of the oyster Arcachon - Cap Ferret. À la carte also; shrimps BIO, whelks terrine of campaign (countryside)Sale of oysters to be taken or to be tasted (savoured) on the spot.
We had to go there three times to get served.
It is in the centre of the most touristic part of Arcachon; still it behaves on working hours of a hundreds years ago.
We arrived at 14h00; sorry, we're closed.
Well, sorry, it's me the tourist; I have money; you live from my money, buit it seems that you want to continue to do business according to your timing.
On holidays I get up lazy (isn't this the first principle of holidays); then I make the breakfast to please my wife, then we finish eating breaklfast at 10h00 or 10h30; and then I should have lunch 1h30 later????
This is for a fisherman that gets ut at 6 AM, not a tourist time.
Second try: 13h00: sorry we want to clsoe in a few minutes
third try: 12h15: this time everything worked: very good and fresh oysters and all other shellfish.
Pirice was good too; idem for the location.
But my stomac wasn't ready yet.
I just couldn't finish my plate.
Why should I force my stomac just to please the restaurant?
Sorry, no, I felt almost like raped by such arrogant and intolerant behaviour.
You insist on keeping your opening hjours; move your restaurant to non-touristic regions

Went for lunch and sat outside on pavement. Fajitas were tasty but not delivered sizzling on a hot iron platter as normally expect - rather they were pre-assembled in the kitchen. Young lad serving was very nice but the older waiter was distant and seemed to be arguing with another member of staff inside the restaurant. Had to go inside to pay bill as he did not bring it despite being asked three times. No apology or thanks. Perhaps it was just a bad day.

This creperie has an informal atmosphere and is very well run. However, an upgrade of the deco and more generous portions would perhaps be advisable. Its good location is an advantage but other similar restaurants not far from this one have improved to attract wider range of customers.

Since we saw that restaurant classified in first position on Tripadvisor in Arcachon we decided to go there. The restaurant has pink flashy front (you cannot miss it). It is located in a shopping street just a few minutes walk from the sea. The menu propose various salty or sweety crepes and burgers. The burgers are somewhat originals since the slices of bread is replaced by sesame crepes. I recommand to take the menu which is composed with a burger, a drink and a desert (Nutella crepe or icecream).

After a visit in Arcachon, you have to visit this place. They oyster, "palourde" and "bulot" are amazing. Just an advice : come early to make sure you have a table.
The bill is paid back at the counter, and in the same time, you can give a glance how they are opening the oysters freshly.
