Great Italian restaurant situated few meters away of the city center. This small cozy and clean restaurant is provides a good range of tasty dishes in good prices. The staff and owners are very friendly and polite trying to satisfy all customers. I highly recommend pizza carbonara, as an alternative to red pizzas with tomato sauce. The fresh salad served in a crunchy parmesan nest (basket) is my choice of salad to accompany the main dish. Because the place is not very big, during rush hours (e.g., Saturday night) you may need to make a reservation or to visit the restaurant early (about 20.30), before it is fully booked. Alternatively, home Delivery service is also provided. Car park on the streets around the restaurant is not difficult depending on the hours. I have visited the place many times and I can tell that the food quality and service is always at a high level.

Don't walk, run to this restaurant!! This is a very special place. You will eat such a delicious meal. This is THE Greek meal you will dream about after your holiday has ended. The warm and welcoming hosts/owners are genuinely interested in giving you wonderful food. You select from the variety of dishes that seem home cooked and yet refined enough to be offered at a restaurant. Everything we ate was fantastic (and we ordered a lot of things). We enjoyed everything about this experience and were so grateful for all the rave reviews on TripAdvisor that sent us here. We hope you love it as much as we did.

Our visit to Achillion was dampened by heavy rains, so our enjoyment was clouded. The palace is beautiful, and I'm sure we would have enjoyed it had the rain stopped. However, compared to so many other locations to visit in Greece, I would not go out of my way to see this one. Others definitely are better.

"Symposio" is a restaurant located on the road to Kourouta beach...
There was a pleasant enviroment full of flowers and trees...inside the garden a small pool exists which is inhabited by ducks and swans....the food was average and the prices reasonable!

A traditional Greek Tavern with original mediterranean dishes. Nikos' tavern is a place for an unforgettable taste experience where people gather to eat, discuss, often sing and dance! Nikos himself will take the best care of you.
"Nikos" tavern offers a great variety menu of Greek traditional cuisine...you can choose whatever you like with the help of the chef himself...everything is made from fresh goods, cooked with the traditional way and presented right in front of you...you can find the place easily as it is behind the town hall! Moreover you can either eat there or take it out, but if you choose to stay the staff is very kind and helpful willing to satisfy your needs
"Nikos" tavern is a "must stop" place...you won't regret it....

If you look for a place in the center of Amaliada for coffee or brunch you should give it a try. The locals visit for wine and tsipouro and some nights there is live music. These is free wifi and the WC is inside over the staircase. Antonis is the owner, don't hesitate to ask for help
