So, why have we bypassed this place so many times?
Staying in Kolios, Ag P is a nice stroll for dinner without the worry of driving.
Mesostrato; absolutely welcoming. TBH, Typical Skiathos welcome. Fabulous food & great value. Cheese pie to share, chicken Souvlaki, meat balls, carafe of wine, €30 with complementary desert! What's not to like?!
Do yourselves a favour & give it a try. Highly recommend.

We went to Green Park on a sultry evening. It is a good walk from our accommodation which is a good thing as the portions are very generous.
We shared a tuna salad to start. My partner had beef in tomato sauce. It was fabulous. The meat was very moist & the flavour in the tomato sauce was gorgeous. It set the very high standard for this holiday which wasn't bettered.
After our mains we were given a taster portion of strawberry ice cream which finished off the meal beautifully.
Green Park is a lovely setting. The staff are very attentive & it's an enjoyable evening out.

Have eaten here on a number of occasions in the last couple of years". The food is always delicious. Kleftico, souvlaki, steaks and especially the mixed grill for two are mouthwatering. They also do great breakfasts. I would have given this 5* review but the thing that held me back was the staff. Service was polite and prompt and as I understand it Maria's son are now helping out. They could be a little friendlier but, I think it is Maria's husband, it would be nice to see him smile, he always looks so miserable despite our best efforts. It won't however put us off going as it is certainly the best food in the area.

This taverna is great value for money and wonderful home cooked food. We visited here a few times during our stay at Elizabeth Studio's. Voula and her family always give you a wonderful welcome, great big garden for children to run around. Fabulous menu choice and well cooked by Chris.
Thank you Sally and Jan

Located on the Terrace at the Magic Hotel this highly acclaimed restaurant, specializing in Mediterranean cuisine and home made Greek specialties offers breathtaking views to the sea and Mainland landscape, hence its name The View. It is the perfect location to enjoy your dinner, in a candlelit atmosphere. Open from middle of June until September every evening.
The restaurant was set out beautifully and the view over the sea lovely. The food was great and very well presented by the friendly polite staff. We were given a selection of dry herbs from their garden on leaving which was a nice touch.

A local family owned restaurant and cocktail bar situated in Agia Paraskevi, opposite bus stop 16. Al fresco dining under vine leaves. Traditional Greek dishes with a modern twist. Adjoining bar open til late serving ice cold draught beer and cocktails!
Our first experience of eating out in Skiathos and we weren't disappointed. Friendly staff and great food. Battered feta with caramelised sun-dried tomato, followed by rabbit with Greek potatoes. Sadly no room for a dessert, but good coffee and complimentary cherry brandy to round off a great meal

Family run taverna, small setting with only a few tables. Friendly and attentive service. Variety of food, traditional Greek, but also snacks such as toasts, salads, sandwiches and omelettes. Would recommend the burger and bolognese.

Offers a good choice of pizza and pasta. The pizzas are big and i think really one between two people with a side of chips or salad would be adequate.
Happy to accomodate your requested choice of toppings.
Service was good and there was little interruption from the now familiar wasps!!!

Just across the road from Mesostrato this restaurant was another good find of the holiday. It's bigger than it looks from the road & offers a 'bar' section as well as an eating section.
We had a fabulous starter of gigabytes (butter beans) baked in tomato sauce with feta. We'd never had this before & it was yummy. I'm going to try & recreate it at home we liked it so much.
Our mains were pretty good too.
