From Malà Beach to Fontviellie in Monaco very nice walking or running. The path is easy, nice view and you can stop for a bath in the middle whenever you want. You can find beach isolated (not so much people like in Malà beach). I love it.

Walked the path after strolling from the cruise dock and really enjoyed the scenery and villa spotting. At Cap d'Ail there are some absolutely stunning villas if you have a spare 15 million or so. Walk took around 1 hrs 45 minutes.
We were going to catch the train back to Monaco but picked a day when the track was closed for engineering works so caught orange bus 100 instead which runs every 15 minutes in the middle of the day and has a flat rate of 1.50 euros irrespective of the length of journey anywhere between Nice and Menton. You pay the driver.

Ouvert d'avril à septembre Between Nice and Monaco, located in a preserved and hidden creeck with its crystal water and breathtaking view over the Mediterranean sea, this private beach includes a nice mediterranean restaurant and beach services such as sun bed rental, a boutique, massages... The perfect balance for memorable moments. Open from April to September
Even if you only come here for drinks, the view and beach are worth braving the steps for!
There is no other way to access this beach - for those driving you can either park at the Cap d'Ail tourist office or drive along the road leading towards the steps going to Plage Mala, if you're lucky you can find parking that's slightly nearer.
After you get down all those steps, Eden Plage has their own private beach area but there is also a public area if you do not wish to rent deckchairs.
The Sunshine and the view here is best enjoyed with a glass of Rosé in the hand!

Villa les Camelias is a small villa and museum just 5 min walk from the Cap d'Ail train station. There is a tiny garden but the main attraction is an exhibition of Ramiro Arrue paintings which I found quite interesting an educational. This small oasis of Spanish culture is a little gem of the Riviera.

I have been studying at the university of Monaco for two years already and as many of you know, uni and stress come in a package. Stress was inevitable, it came together with exams and assignments, simple daily problems. That was until I discovered Elanda.
Their hot yoga classes are something surreal...
You step into a warm humid room and forget all your worries. Body and mind come together, free of unnecessary thoughts. I've done yoga multiple times before, but nothing compares to that (!), I can't express enough how good it feels and how different you feel after.
Everyone who is in the area of Nice or Monaco has to visit, I promise, you won't regret it.

Californian Massage is an affective massage which consists of enveloping and modeling the entire body with the help of oils, alternating between slow, fluid, light and firm movements. The Californian Massage touches the deepest level of the body-mind system, thus becoming a source of strong self-healing. It positively affects the healing of psychosomatic problems like depression hypertension, anxiety, stress, anorexia, bulimia, insomnia, panic attacks, and addiction to psycho drugs. Indeed it has extraordinary beneficial effects on mental activity, emotions and psychical health by moving our attention and energies from the mind to the body with a two-fold effect: on the one hand personal thoughts calm down and find a more appropriate role in the person's activity, on the other the person perceives the awakening of his psycho-bodily conscience by recovering hidden emotions inscribed in the body's memory. A stronger perception of reality is therefore achieved as well as a higher level of self-confidence and an easier acceptance of life. Relationships will be e stimulated and become more successful.
